Cuddles

Perhaps I was half asleep.
I always felt drowsy at night.
I sensed her warm body snuggling near me.
She put her head on my shoulders.
Her cuddles sent me to seventh heaven.
I only hoped she did not mind
The stubble on my unshaven face.
Still I was elated when as I felt
Her smooth downy face next to mine.
How fragrant was her exquisite hair,
I guessed it resembled a Soleil Neige,
An elegant and mesmerising perfume.
I took a deep breath, indulging
In its fruity nectar…so I opened my eyes.
Only to see an empty bed and a lumpy pillow.

Gusty Winds

The storm that thundered is fading still
Reluctant to let go the reign of dark
But the nascent light behind the clouds
Unfolds the scene that's changing fast

On a happy note then she proceeds to allot
Augury of goodwill forgetting the past

And he sees things the way they used to be
Holding hands of love he finds her near him,
Not a blemish in view of his serene imagery--
Snuggling her closer, he reaches for a kiss

But gusty winds return razing his reverie
Blasting cold air on feelings of warmth
Taunting his dreams to accept the fact:
She's the one who unleashed the wrath

Unnamed Song's Sexy Chorus

Snuggling and cuddling,
Caressing and fondling,
And all those other tender things
That happen in the night.
Teasing and tickling,
Sighing and giggling,
And so much profound feeling
When we hold each other tight.

Night of Desire

It came into her mind seeing how the wind
Did blow, and sheet rain against the window
There would be no trek into the forest
No.. tonight would be hot chocolate...fire

Soft music.. much wild desire will transpire
As we stay inside on this rainy eve
Rain that tip-taps music on the tin roof
Lying in your arms snuggling, secure, love

Never wanting love to end, just when night
Sends tough storm on in, no.. love don't take flight
Just lie and help weather the storm until
It struck her as she wrestled inside__ tore

Life has storms that we must weather... holding
Onto each other, greatly strengthen the bond forever

Mum

Mum A siren of Oogahs! fills her ears, But the cream of smile and care splotch her face, Tells you the loving tutelage she has for years, Cuddling and snuggling is me the little thing, As she wraps me and embraces me, In endless full love string, Onomatopoeic sirens of my helpless cry, To you might be a clear bother, To her is a call-in notification, To attend to me like an open door, Mama is the greatest being ever lived to cherish, Never shall I let her joy to perish, Thank you, mum.

Sunset Lover

sunset lover, are you just a dream like dragons floating upon the sky a kiss that rides the ocean breeze and leaves a soft whispering sigh perhaps you're that warm feeling like toes treading on beach sand or the comfort of a girl while walking with her lover hand in hand maybe you are what is beautiful clouds splashed in crayon colors snuggling close as stars appear a picture painted from this world called ours...

The Angel I Love

I feel each shallow breath as your breasts rise and fall. And I cuddle closer, enamored by it all. Your subtle scent lingers like the warmth of the sun. And sharing an embrace, our two hearts beat as one. I'm intoxicated with sensations of bliss. For it makes me giddy sharing moments like this. My heart felt imprisoned until you set it free. And snuggling so close stirs the passion within me. Sleep now, and perchance dream of paradise above. Whilst I dream of heaven, and the angel I love. (Quatrain) 4/2/2015

In My Perfect World...

I wake up happy everyday,
Always have something nice to say;

Live on a ranch with horses galore,
And always have room for just one more;

I can go riding whenever I want,
The theme of my life is “Nonchalant”;

I never have to worry about being late,
Life is about me, everything else can wait;

My house is always clean, maybe magically so,
It leaves more time for snuggling with my beau;

And I don’t hate going to my work,
Cause my wonderful boss is never a jerk;

I go home happy at the end of the day,
Always have time to laugh and play;

I love just being my husband’s wife,
Man this sure would be the life!

A Winters Heart

A crispy fire goes out
A heart as cold as a stone
A head as bitter as ice
Hands trembling and legs weeping

People struggling to gain warmth
People begging themselves to stay at peace
Peace was shared with the forest and the animals

Silence was broken, at last it was broken
A heart as cosy as snuggling up in bed
A head as warm as the love that was shared
Hands were moving and legs carrying people as they run

Snowballs were thrown
Smiles and laughter were cherished in every soul
Happiness was cheap and worth more than a fire
The people had their own flame of hope and love

Titanic Blues

An historical voyage into deep blue yonder,
Frigid icebergs waiting in distant fog.
Backlashes the blue Atlantic Ocean,
immortal dreams of Rose and Jack Dawson.

"I am flying" ! , she exclaimed to the blue-eyed boy,
as their euphoric kiss electrified the briny air.
Pounding in the couch, laid the nude blue sapphire,
as our souls got seduced in dazzling desire.

Snuggling in warm breath of red rose petals,
he succumbs underneath a cold blue sky.,
A blue moon love story...
Survives eternal time, in silent stealth....
Death drowns all, the flash of arrogance and wealth.

Safe and Warm Inside

Outside the winter winds are playing.
The beat of the drums, blare of the horns,
the strings that are strummed,
sing forth jack Frost's melody.

Safe and warm ,within these sheltering walls,
tis a treasure to be found.
A life to be sought,
a place most warm and inviting.
On this day of icy symphony.

The pleasing scent of the wood,
an ethereal smoke rising,
into a leaden sky
The warmth of the hearth,
chasing away,
this wintery quagmire

   There surely is nothing ,
on earth to compare.
To snuggling under a blanket,
with a loved one.
Close by a crackling fire.

A Kiss Under the Mistletoe

Lonely and afraid this cold day
A kiss needed from my cute beau
If only he was here to hold
Right there under the mistletoe

Even though his hair is snow white
No longer dark as indigo
Those sweet kisses are now missed
Let's kiss under the mistletoe

Light an ember, just a small spark
Kisses sweet standing 'pon my tiptoes
Hold me close ever so genteel
Snuggling under the mistletoe

Until alone in quiet chambers
Playing the lovely piccolo
Embers ignite into full flame
Strings 'pon strings of green mistletoe

Snuggle Weather

Saturday morning dawns bleak and gray,
Storms pushing through promise a dreary day.
But rainy days aren't a reason for gloom.
If you're with your honey, something special can bloom.

Rainy day weather is time for some snuggling,
Hugging, kissing, canoodling, and cuddling.
Turn off your phones and TVs, lock your doors,
Grab your honey - need I say more?

Words

I cannot imagine a world without words
we are nothing but animals uttering sounds.

I cannot imagine people humming like birds
or saying tweet tweet, oh how weird.

Without words there's no way we could express
our love, the joy, the sadness and hatred.

Without words we are just like cats
snuggling for a cuddle.

Without words we are just like tigers
feared by many or maybe just pretending to be fierce.

Without words we are just like monkeys
uncontrollably playful but there's sadness hidden.

I couldn't imagine myself without words,
for without words, there's nothing to write..nothing to say.

What I Love

A California sunset in June
a walk on the beach as we hold hands
a sweet kiss some where around noon,
...to your smile

a full moon as Decembers mystic grabs hold
snuggling next to a warm fire place listening to the rain
and the night as winter brings the cold,
...to your smile

an August wedding as bells ring out with love
a honey moon filled with a fairy tail ending
a ball, slippers, even two white doves
...to your smile

none of it nor here or there
  not even twice
     doesn't compare
to your smile.

The Photo On the Nightstand

After a long night of non stop love making,
the gentleman became visually shaken.
He noticed a photo of another man
placed next to the bed on the woman's nightstand.
"Is this your husband?" he asked nervously.
Snuggling up to him she replied, "No, Silly."
He then asked, "Is he your boyfriend then?"
"No," she replied giving his ear a nibbling.
"Is it your dad, your brother?." he asked hoping to be reassured.
"No, but you're so hot when you're jealous," was her answer.
Frustrated, he demanded, "Well then who in the hell is he?"
She whispered in his ear, "That's me before the surgery."

Never To Let Go

the dark of night
you can not fight,
how the shadow wraps around you
and caresses you so light,
like a lover's passion tow
in your veins you can feel it flow,
the lovely weightlessness of bliss
like the tender lips of a lover's kiss,
you sink and sigh
though the day is nigh,
you don't want to let go
so there you lay
all wrapped in warmth
never letting go,
you look into his eyes
filled with love
snuggling closer,
wanting it to remain this way for eternity
to come

Resume For Love

Resume For Love
By Jeff Weiner

Tease and tease is how they play
When we react they stay away,
Love is not a game to me
Don’t play with feelings, let me be,

I seek a heart with true desire
Burning hot in passions fire,
I possess the same to share
Only approach if you honestly care,

Holding hands and snuggling close
Are affections I hold dear,
Late night talks and morning walks
Soft kisses are welcome here,

Honesty and friendship are first on my list
These are not negotiable,
If this is also what you seek
Please apply within and be sociable

Breath

Your breath is in my ear
Transcending all, that I know
Heaven’s treasures, now you show
And everything is clear

Wanting not, no envy
As here we lay satisfied
Our dreaming time comes alive
Breathing we so gently

We exist in the sky
Snuggling souls, caressing
Beaming hearts that thrill and sing
Grace that’s blessing, you and I

Gentle breath, almost here
How I long to touch your skin
Feel you’re beating heart within
And whisper ‘You’re my dear’

I Saw It

“I saw it! I saw it!”, the groundhog announced.
“My shadow – it grew and it flounced!
Run! Hide! Save yourself and those you love
and leave the cold to the ground above!
Six more weeks of huddling and cuddling.
Here’s to the wonderful warmth of snuggling!"
