Denial

Some people deny how they feel. They say falling in love is not real. Their days come and go with the wandering wind. They vehemently say it’s not so and pretend. Their reality is a sad lie. Rather than tell nothing but the truth they’ll die. They live in a grey cloud where truth isn’t spoken out loud. Yes, it’s a case of denial and love is on a kangaroo trial. My Kangaroo

My joy is full in you, my bride
Without your love, I might have died
I might have died to be alone
Or languish by the telephone

A dipsy doodle, ding-dong dunce
Describes the man who loved you once
The man who made you shrug on sight
Is now the one you hug at night

I married you, and by the way
I carried you, and your bouquet
Across the threshold of our door
To be my wife forevermore

How grateful can a person be
To know your love belongs to me
Belongs to me and me for you
My pretty little kangaroo.

It's All Good

Turning, down these his Kangaroo sheets; joyous
Purple bunny rabbits aneath, her watermelon trees..
Rivers pastel of morning dew green; pineapple clouds
Sanguine seeds their butterflies proud as Bambi dreams.

Foot Fetish

I hoped I would meet a girl with big feet
To take on a date to the zoo
I went on my own and while swiping my phone
I came across sweet Amy Lou

My heart missed a beat, she had massive feet
My ardour was driving me mad
So I took some snaps and I said perhaps
I’ll email a few to my dad

He called me and said are you off your head
I’ve got some bad news to give you
You might hanker to but I'm certain you
Cannot marry that kangaroo

Down Under Doll

Here I am standing on my feet in North America. However, the place I would rather be is Australia. There lives a pretty little woman I adore. With each passing day, I love her just a little more. I can just picture her standing on that New South Wales shore. She's got me hopping around like a kangaroo. Thinking about her is making me blue. If I had to swim the ocean, then that's just what I will do. How much would it cost to get the plane fare? I want her so badly. I want to fly through the air. That little Aussie woman is the one I want to see. Down under, I know she's there waiting for me.

Fatherhood

There aren’t enough ways,
To emphasize your impact each day.
Such an influence in every way,
No matter the time of the day.

Thank you for everything you do,
No idea where I’d be if not for you.
Bouncing in life around and through,
Loose and unstable as a wild kangaroo.

You brought peace and stability,
I didn’t think those were a possibility.
You changed my entire perception,
My idea was based on a misconception.

Took me out of the tornado’s eye,
Brought me over to the other side.
Endless gratitude fills my heart,
You repaired the pieces that fell apart.

Happy Birthday Dad, I love you!

Two Friends

There was a kangaroo named Dudu
who met a cat one day named Susu
the kangaroo was rich with lots of toys
Susu was poor all she had was love
Dudu said to Susu I'll share my toys
if I can get from you a bit of love
deal was made Dudu got a little love
smiling shared with Susu all of his toys
Dudu and Susu with a lot of love
gladly played together with lots of toys
when playtime was all over the two friends
shook hands and arm in arm off they went...

This poem has music to it and it came to me in a dream. This is the first poem I ever wrote and without any effort!

Water Colour Carousels

Gazing bright eyes past his railing sublime's, crib it's playful pen ?
Watching time's beautiful Father, walking through majestic's garden
Tiny tippy toes holding gently unto her kangaroo a kiss upon the brow...
Whispering into our heart's love's twinkling stars; cascading columns lights
Moonbeams warmth their breath this breeze; butterflies and honeybees, waltzing
Swirling about fantasia these lovely scenes; while Angels purity's babies together they sing
Holy be the King; lifting us, from wishful dreams as touching tender palms, smiling; Daddyyyy.

Plonk 4 Aussies

the grip o the grape, sweet flagon solace, a drop of the steam it will do, we's sucking the wine, not much of a crime, just leave that ole flagon there blue... with me Kangaroo dog, i'm out for a jog, the Kangaroos sidestepping away, ole Dan Kinnear is choked down with a Hog, them fowls say the rooster wont play? Dan's flagon is empty, he sucked down some, plenty, the Hog has just staggered away, his love life just went, she said he was bent, bloody pig of a thing to just say... Of Robbie Burns II... Is Love a Trap

And people walk toward the heat,
fearing the chills of loneliness.
But did they know?
Did they know a summer's afternoon
turns into a desert quicker than
a human's mind realises tribulations?

And they are stuck there.
Thousands of voices screaming from a well,
"Give us water".
But you are as arid as the ground around them.
The Kangaroo Rat's tail seems a viable follower.
What works for him might work for you.
However he adapted.
Love is no form of evolution.

You Don'T Know

YOU DON’T KNOW.
THE PAIN I’M GOING THROUGH,
THAT MY LOVE WAS REALLY TRUE,
THE FACT YOU LEFT ME FEELING SO BLUE,
I WAS STUCK TO YOU LIKE GLUE,
NOW I JUST DON’T HAVE A CLUE,
MY THOUGHTS BOUNCE AROUND LIKE A KANGAROO,
YOU DON’T KNOW.

For the Sake of Kangaroo

For the merited sake of Kangaroo
Let’s march towards any exhibiting zoo,
Advised to be humble the Napoleon-Tough,
Who still could meet his Waterloo
With a kick, hard and rough
From the Mature Kangaroo.

For the clear heroism of Kangaroo,
Control the urge to at it boo:
The Beautiful Brain behind our incubator
By medics as treasured as a student his calculator.

By biologists classed under Marsupial:
Whatever that means;
Its members rare like pearl
And rather few in screens.

Long jumpers with dreaming feet
To wisely forget the kangaroo’s feat;
Not a fame to ever pick
In a thousand Olympic…

Australia’s legacy to Humanity
And The Premature in maternity.

Pineapple Kangaroo Jumpsuit

Pineapple kangaroo jumpsuit
I know where is he going with this
just bare with me
i uttered these words and kissed my wife
last week
Sick of the i love you's
My mission that i chose to accept
How to interpret the bland
Poems stealing words for life
Music twirls alone on the dance floor
So i have invented my own language
with only 3 words
no one else has heard it
only you
Then i showed her this page
and her face brought the clouds closer
