I But Have Today To Know I Exist

Because I do not know of my tomorrow
Yesterday is gone I've forgotten it
I but have today to know I exist
I resist letting my today be wasted on drama
I am out sipping on sunshine
Gliding on life
Dancing in the rain while drinking rain drops
Have my fill on ice cream till I'm well content
Smile because I just love life
Love every unloved one
Give and share
because it makes me feel absolutely wonderful

And when night comes I'm up eating chocolates
while writing poems of my life's adventure

    Smile

- Promise Me Tomorrow -

For absolutely no reason at all
The storm was withered in the stagnant air
It seems so incredibly crystal clear quiet

Even if you wanted to paint ... no colors could express
Let this moment pass in quiet gratitude and joy
The real meaning of life bound with ribbon of love

When the sun wakes up tomorrow
Give me a kiss that says everything will be fine

The Night Has Eyes

Your splendiferous day is finally complete.
Your grateful heart smiles, with joy replete.

Knowing you survived this day’s travails.
Unecessary, for you to get any hurrrahs and hails.

In your serene bed, beneath a soft quilt, you retire.
Knowing you did your best, and in some hearts, lit a fire

Outside, you observe, the deep onyx skies has eyes.
That love and care for you, ‘tis absolutely no disguise.

You surely are a child of a stupendous, watchful, universe.
Sent to planet earth, to express your vivid truth in verse!

Wonderful Acrostic

W ishful thinking that He would greet warmheartedly
O verjoyed when strong arms of love wrapped around
N umbed by surprise but lifted by love assuredly
D elighted that He could love even me when sins astound
E mbraced by a warm bright light out of this world
R endezvous with a Higher Power greater than I'd found
F illing full where the Soul was depleted and gnarled
U nburdened, uplifted, united and totally sound
L oved, loveable, absolutely healed emotionally, and grounded

Love Is a Thing That Blooms In Eyes

Love is a thing that likes to bloom in eyes
No any words can make it be described
It moves often through the heart to the heart via eye
Absolutely not from mouth to ear instead

God's Own People

"God's Own People"
by: Eric L. Boddie

Great are those who Accept And Honor Faith
Only His Love Has The Power To Keep us safe
Damnation from sin will surely be forbidden
Salvation For The Soul Can Only Come Through Repenting

Once Christ Is Freely Accepted
Wisdom Of Choice Will Only Be Reflected
Nothing Else Should Ever Be Expected

Praise His Name And He Will Protect you
Eternal Life Is All we should ever pursue
Obedience, not perfection, is all that one needs
Prayer And Love Are The Only Required Deeds
Life Absolutely Has No Meaning Without God
Even the worst of us can be redeemed if we only Ask, it's not odd

I'M Back

Your Poem though not long
Sang such a beautiful song.
I hope I've not misunderstood
But all your words sound so good
I know I gave up and moved on
But that had its own pro and con
I thought I didn't have a chance with you
But I had absolutely no clue
So now I'm back
And I'm ashamed for all that I lack
I miss being with you
So much you have no clue
I'm sorry we didn't talk all summer
That is such a bummer
Maybe things will change now
But I don't know how
All I want to say
Is yes I will stay!

I Miss My Love

I miss my love so much Her smile, her look, her essence Everyday I think… no I dream Of her And the beauty that she is If oceans could speak They’d spray her name In absolutely wonder Birds sing her song And squirrels dance To her gate She gave me memories Of love and warmth That I cherish always But she left And I stand cold Shivering The sun cannot warm or heal Me I am but a broken man We have but one life to live Will she? Can she? Ever return

Precious Blood's Cost

Drops of precious blood Out from great Deity’s love* Shed on Calvary’s tree… Absolutely the only ransom-payment For every sin-guilty hostage To gain triumphant liberty From death, transgressions’ wages.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIDDO

It's a new month
November 1st
My sister's birthday
Ofejiro Joy Obaroyeregbe
To be specific
 A new era, another level.

She's so amiable
Amicable communicator
She does for me what no one does
Very determined and courageous
She's absolutely gorgeous.

I'm wishing you longevity
I pray God bless you
Beyond the imagination of humans
From my heart to you
A masterpiece I writ
In regards of your special day
Happy womb escape day kiddo.

Mistakes

Oh what a mistake I have made,
Traveled so far to end up this way.
Not in a million years would I have guessed,
That this idea was truly not one of my best.
Never had known things had changed so much,
We for sure had fallen so far out of touch.
  So many different do's , don't , and bewares,
Actually has left me absolutely scared.
What a fool I was to ever believe,
That she would ever be in love with me.
At my age you would think I know better,
You can trust this will be remembered forever.
Oh what a terrible mistake I have made,
Wanting all these memories to just fade away.

- a Moment of Midsummer June -

Summer's splendor
Is dreamer's gold
Hello, June
Lack of clothes
Feet without shoes

Gosh, what did I say
Heavy rain
Ocean winds ice cold
Slight storm 20.8 - 24.4 (m / s)
Temperature 12 °C

I repeat :
Summer's splendor
Is dreamer's gold
The climate's whimsical fluctuations
I'm soaked and cold

Atsjo ... echo of a sneeze
I feel absolutely alive
It's a gorgeous day

Tomorrow ...
For better or for worse
I love you no matter what

The Demon Wins Again

The demon always wins.
You love thus you live.
You fly until death,
then the demon has fun.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely
Your fun is forever gone.
As if before was a fargone memory,
Now your curse has continued on.

Demon has taken my heart,
tearing my soul apart.
If it were an art,
then...

I am doomed...

I Found No Joy - She's a Ladyboy

In Asia I met a cute gal named Mai Tai She sure stole the heart of this old guy On the soft sand we kissed and caressed Mai’s absolutely stunning, I feel so blessed I sense there’ll be fireworks under the moon Our passion is rising when we start to spoon Her perfect pert body I begin to kiss and caress One thing leads to another, we start to undress Alas, when Mai Tai removes her lacy thong I’m stunned when she reveals a pink dong I back away disgust, for ‘she’s’ a ladyboy With this he/she I sure won’t find any joy! So when looking for love, I’d advise you all to beware The truth of one's gender’s hidden in their underwear! 6/24/18

Caution - Fireworks

E-Z Glo Punk, Lightning Flash,
TNT Devices will burst, do crash
Southern Night, Piccolo Petes
       are hard to beat...

I like hand held Sparklers, Tanks
 flashing fountains, Solar Flare
Six to #20 Gold I have to share,
 no incidence, no burns, thanks...

  Whistles blow, fountains glow,
pop'n sounds, entire sky all aglow
I love those colors, high an low
  trails eched onto my retina
inspired me to let ya know

  Now you close both eyes
in pitch dark, what a surprise
for you to see, right there
 darkness, absolutely anywhere
beautiful trails of lights in motion

Someone

I so enjoy spending time with----Everyone
I love the way my friends anticipate my----Needs
They have a way of making me feel like a-----Someone
In this or the next world, what could be better than ---That
It just makes me feel so good that someone --------------Cares
There are those that like to bring others down, what's that---About
I have absolutely no desire to spend any time with----------Them
I've seen how they make you question who you------------Are
That is the last thing in the world I want for-------------You
You do not deserve to be treated like----------------That
Because, to me you are a special------------Someone

Okay So Just To Remind You

Okay so just to remind you, you are absolutely amazing. You make my day every day. I have a smile on my face constantly. You are the first thing I think about when I wake up & the last thing I think about before I go to sleep. I’m defiantly lucky to have such an incredible girlfriend like you. You are the biggest sweetheart, ever. I adore everything about you. I will do everything in my power to keep you in my life. I want you & only you. You’re beautiful inside & out. I fall more & more for you every day. & I’m so in love with your voice, it’s the cutest thing ever! Stay sweet baby. You’re one in a million.

Tennis Anyone

Starting with the toss up
I’ve made an unforced error
I’ve only gone and followed through
Squeezed the jissom out the old fella
New balls (and pants) please – love all
I think your ace
With a backhand that’s made for passing
On top of a lovely forehand
With a lovely high toss that’s absolutely smashing
Sure you moan and groan
But I love the racquet you make
Lets have another rally
Are you sure you’re not courting
I’ve a changing room free
If you fancy finishing me off
With a serve and volley after

The Love of Food

“Food soothes the soul but widens the waist” A connoisseur of fine dining and fast fry I cannot deny, All memorable occasions seem to revolve around food, Tables filled with tender meat, vegetables and homemade pie, The succulent tastes melt in my mouth and raise my mood, But my cholesterol and waistline are absolutely screwed! Home Thoughts From Abroad

The half moon shimmered wanly as she wrote
“Dearest, do you realize how much I miss you?
How long will your trip abroad take?
Here I am in empty rich, luxury mansion.
A hovel with you would have been better.
Or perhaps you do not love me anymore?”

Thus the letter arrived in my posh Rome hotel.
I could not help but let a lonely tear drop down
And smudge the words written there.
Why can’t I find the courage to write a full letter?
Only fragments have I written, not worth sending.

The show goes on and all around me were the so-called friends.
Yet I have none, absolutely none. One day I’ll disappear,
Leave Rome and go back to my home sweet home.

Albuqurque, New Mexico

A beautifully hidden work of art.
Absolutely stunning from the very start.

Vivid colors of purples and pinks.
Fill the setting skies as it sinks.

Mountains surround the city's pride.
Protecting it from the world outside.

The mountains and skies are the words that tell the story.
The building and cultures are the pictures that hold the glory.

Listen close so you can hear the wind telling the tale.
It will teach you beauty, please dont be stale.

Close your mind and open your heart.
And you'll love it from the start.

Computer Love

There was a breach in my heart
When you hacked it from the start
Finding all my information
That I had kept deeply hidden
You found a way through a back door
To seek what you've been looking for
You pushed all of the right buttons
Now there's absolutely nothin'
I can ever do to back
Away from your sweet advances
Not giving me any chances
To run away like before
When others pushed me out the door
Slamming my heart shut until
Another one would try and fill
Me with false love and lies
Always leading to goodbyes
But I have a strange sensation
Your causing a huge elation
Of love that I will not mute
Your heart and mine will compute

A Cold Winters Night - Adult

MMM....baby bring that beautiful body close.
Let me touch and lick you from your head to your toes!

Damn it woman, you taste absolutely divine!
As I taste your nectar, twist around for the 69!

I want you to inhale me, taste every inch of me.
Allow us to meld our poetry, and bring each other to ecstasy!

Swallow my load as I explode from my writing pen.
Down this carnal road, I'll take you places you've never been!

Hold me tight as my universal poetry enters your womb, via satellite!
Such a sexual appetite, you and me, on this cold winters night!!!

A friend to many, father to a few your family distraught,in losing you. We have had nothing, but good times i felt it appropriate,to spin you a rhymne. A multitude of feelings, many felt throughout length and bredth of the country, with no shadow of doubt your friendliness eluded you, absolutely great that is why it was a pleasure,to have you as a mate.
