Amuse... In a world of splendor, I want to share thoughts.
To capture others with a creative voice
To embrace emotions as a writing tool
To ruminate another’s introspection
I am just a muse.
I want to be your best friend.
I want to enable you to write again.
Within the universe, are beautiful landscapes to provide stories to contemplate.
Why not ponder romantically and write about the love you found in Greece.
Be your reason to fulfill your dreams.
I am just a muse.
Think please.
The multitude
In famine
Poverty stricken
Economic disparity
Just topics to theme
I am just a muse meditating ideas.

desire,
A boy she secretly adores now stands
beyond the doorway, and his eyes, grey blue,
are fixed on her. A rose is in his hands.
Her heart is fluttering. What should she do?
A sheltered girl, required to spend her time
on music practice and the study of
the scriptures, she prefers the art of rhyme
and topics like the rapture of true love!
The young man watching her has now drawn near.
He’s come to rescue her from drudgery!
Embracing her, he whispers in her ear
familiar words - her own sweet poetry!
She’s called to dinner. All thought leaves her head.
The lover and her muse - with him - have fled!

animals, death, pets,
She asked so little of us.
Some food, water and shelter,
but what she most desired in life was our presence,
our attention , affection and love,
and in return she gave all of us
her undying devotion, unquestionable loyalty, and unconditional love.
She will be dearly missed now that she is gone from this earthly place,
but she will be forever loved and cherished in our hearts and memories.
Rest Peacefully Tasha

song-lyricwrite, write,
Limited in choices of writing creative topics of poetry,
I only want to write about some sort of painful misery,
Lost love or I am not a thought in a mans new mind,
For I do not know how to write any other type or kind.
I pump out a limerick and rhyme here and there,
Only to write poems that reflect my lack of flair,
For I do not have many hobbies or interests too,
But I will keep posting my limitedness for you.

games,
Time to let the games begin!
A challenge I accept
To write a poem that will win
And show that I’m adept
Enough to continue the game.
What topics shall I choose to write?
I may need twenty-six
Or twenty-seven, I just might
Pen an eclectic mix
Of poems that will please.
Shall I write of summer days
Or nights of shadowy fright?
“How shall I love thee”--count the ways
Lock all the doors at night.
So many possibilities!
I shall dig deep!
I shall endure!
I shall not sleep!
You can be sure
That I shall prove to be a worthy marathon poet.

brother,
" Rakhi - for my brother "
Threads of Rakhi entwined in love,
Connote a sister's love for her brother,
Love that got obscured in busy life,
Distance progressed as we adored our families,
But only seemingly parted,
Souls still one and a single thought,
Born of one mother, lived
together for years
Celebrated, faught, annoyed,
conciliated and understood each other,
Endeavoured on all topics,
Lived by each other in all thick and thin,
Childhood days are not just memories,
But to cherish and a reason to live,
Some family values, expressed by subtler gestures,
And immersed Into these fragrances..............
Are tender strings of Rakhi.

Poetry, inspired, alive – simple senses
On topics and themes, dreams
Everything imaginable – far reaching
Tempting the heart to breathe and believe
Reflect on hope, faith and love – splendors
Yesterday, today and tomorrow - always
Silencing the darkness, the fear
Overwhelming visions, a lovely muse
Unlike any stirring, any vision, any feeling
Poetry, uplifting and gentle – rejoicing rhythm

family, love, mother, mom, mom,
Mom is the best word you have ever heard.
There are times we disagree on the topics
of everyday life and its struggles.
We think we have the worst mom there
could ever be.
But later on we learn everything mom has said or done
She done it for love
She done it to teach us right from wrong
Mom is the best friend you have ever
known
mom is forever.

jewish,
I sit here in my home on the Lower East Side
Awaiting the High Holidays
The years have come and gone
and they have not always been easy for me
Believe me - I am not the best Jew in the world
But I do attend on the most sacred of days
I write poetry on various topics - including Middle Earth
Bur scoffers non withstanding
I will pray to the creator and I will continue to love
our lovely blue orb

friend, friendship, friendship love, love, school, smile, student,
Once upon a heart string, I wished with all my might
that you would turn and see me smiling in your sight.
You entered through the door of that long time ago.
I willed you look my way, naïve in doing so.
I wished you as my friend, and I a friend to you
but I was enrolled this very first day, as new.
You lightly walked across the room to sit with us,
began talking topics you wanted to discuss.
I couldn’t speak I was so insecure, quiet, and shy,
A bashful smile was all I could silently reply.
I asked some years after, why you went the extra mile
and you replied because I was the first one to smile.

beautiful, heart, love, poems, poets, words, writing,
A poet's duty,
is to write from their heart.
I have been told,
beauty is a matter of opinion.
When writing from the heart,
the writer expresses themselves.
Many different topics,
from many different poets.
One's pen may write love another sci-fi,
very different yet beautiful to their readers.
Poets cannot be put in a box,
since they are creative beings.
Let the ink from their pens flow,
let the creativity flow.
What comes out in the end,
will be a poem from their very soul.

In the darkness we meet.
In the darkness we seek.
We seek a connection,
A companion with which to speak.
We speak of the past.
We speak of the present, of topics most dearest.
In the darkness all becomes clear.
In the darkness we meet in fear.
We fear to show our love; A love that cannot come to be.
We are trapped by time and wish to be free.
In the darkness we laugh.
In the darkness we dream.
We dream of futures gone astray.
We escape the world, if only for a few hours we hide away.
In the darkness we lay.
In the darkness we shall stay.

Little ghetto girl so sassy and sanguine
Afro puffs, old shaggy dress, and a big grin
Rushing home from school to lend mama a hand
The little shadow, learning womanhood firsthand
An excursion outside before the lights begin to flicker
Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake baker's man, ghetto laughs before dinner
Hot Cheetos eating and Faygo Orange drinking
Hot topics talking and little boys thinking
Hopscotching and double-dutching

Inspire, transpire to move empires with your words.
Create knowledge, acknowledge the ones that are great.
If that’s your fate to create.
Allow your imagination to transform topics.
Procreate, if you wish; love like a Chinese proverb in a dish.
Do what you wish; follow your heart that’s a start.
Never depart, the words you once wrote while you transformed a page with a calligraphy pen. While others danced around you; committing great sins.
Dance to the waltz, and enjoy a ballet before our hairs turn old and grey.
Youth flies by so fast, like a seven forty seven jet plane gliding through the rain.

Now that's not a topic on

I am a poet,
Surprising or hard to believe
Because of I'm a Rohingya
It's hidden inside
So I'm going to continue
I am a poet,
The rhythm goes into writing
This makes it difficult to do
Something
Especially a flower of a fruit tree
I am a poet,
I come home fast
And keep imagining,writing and reading
Universe on topics of love
I am a poet,
But without the information
Keep bringing it forward
Of sensitive conversations
I am a poet,
New thoughts and ideas
Yet I am surprised
If I write anything other than prose!.
