All I Am

For My Timothy Lee

With trust in my eyes I offer my soft side Where you safely abide. With honesty in my voice I share my naked truth Where you freely run loose. With a focused brain I grant my best logic Where you filter conflict. With gentleness in my touch I give my tender care Where you shatter despair. With anticipation on my skin I surrender my body Where you make grand glory. With everything I am I promise you my heart Where you are the best part.

Spirit Delirium - Ice

I am the mind disturbed that thinks it’s well
euphoria surfs, dysphoric swells
perfect storm before the cresting wave
felled the confidence of the brave

I am the liar that catfished hope
Stole from a random heart that couldn’t cope
Love leaps, faith jumps, joy follows
Suicide upon the maddened rocks below

I am all the tears that fell
Abide in the hidden depths of sorrows well
I am the fire that burns up all your dreams
Dying light of fallen stars and moonbeams

Consciousness Fulcrum

My works need not be successful
Just when consciousness-centered
Success can be spiritual
Mundane and ill-tempered
If the living Holy Spirit of the
Absolute in me abide
My thoughts, words and actions
Will, indeed, be love-linked
Linked will be my neighbor with me
Each creature of the universe I see
As part of the consciousness fulcrum
And cosmos would flow in free rhythm...

Tender Me a Kiss

Tender me a kiss
a brush of lips upon my cheek
 gentle, loving, fragile wish, sheik
to set my soul afire, soft and weak.
Whisper love and comfort, joy and peace
to right this world so that war and hate will cease.

Tender me a kiss, some long goodbye
when all I sense and feel would make me cry
but hidden safe within the confines,
 hope continues to abide.
In your hurry dispel all fears and worries compromising
tender me a kiss, anticipation waits on the horizon.

There Is a Dream Place

There is a dream place where beauty and strength abide, where ocean birds glide and fall from the clouds above; and the great waves crash and roll- and on rocks collide, clouds, sky and water meet in this dream that I love. ___________________________ June 8, 2018 Poetry/Rhyme/There is a Dream Place Copyright Protected, ID 18- 1029-409-01 All Rights Reserved. Love and Truth

Some will ignore the things I am saying
Some will see it as what they were praying
A feeling of Love that’s everlasting
A knowing of Truth just by my asking

When I look inside there’s light in my heart
I see Truth and Love despite the dark
All that is worthy must grow from inside
For in all creation love doth abide

Daily allow your love and truth to grow
Freely share them both wherever you go
Others will listen to truth that you know
When the love inside you begins to show

The essence of Love and Truth are the same
They were already here before we came

Just For You

JUST FOR YOU
(For Jan Allison)

Time moves so fast
Things do not last

Just for a while
We style a smile

Write a verse here
Claim joy and cheer

And yet we know
Age comes to show

Brief shadows cast
Good times now past

Let love abide
Right by our side

For gone too soon
Our dreams at noon

Eyes of Children

When precious children look into my eyes They should not see things I despise Rather love should always be In my eyes for them to see. But should I fail to satisfy their gaze And somehow in their eager minds I raise Questions left for those who follow soon And with their precious spirits will commune. Let No one take these innocents astray Or change their golden skies to shades of gray. Let no path to riches for them be denied And in their hearts may love always abide. By their holy innocence we're awed Surely they are precious gifts from God.

If Love Does Not Live (Sonnet For Celene Crescent)

If love does not live so that love may live,
Wrecked on rugged rock like a pirate ship;
Tiresias speaks to hearts—no love to give,
Darkness and void with no inspired lips;

If love is quashed short of its golden prime,
Like dinosaurs smashed by a meteorite;
Crushed from its age of blossoming on time,
Like breath strangled from life not to unite!

Then O’ love, send me Pegasus to ride,
Spread your wings—lift us to Zeus in the sky;
Touching constellations with them abide,
Creating cherished crescendos for weepy eye:

Lightning life beaming love from golden clouds
Descending passion upon earth erasing shrouds!

Passion

How to contain the blossom of dreams, The beginning of life, or a fire's first spark. . How to maintain composure, and poise When morning's first light has smothered night's dark- How to express ones deepest emotion, Whether it's anger, or depression, or love, How to captivate the purest devotion Without the most perfect word to speak of. . When love has risen and absorbed all truth, From around you, and then deep inside, How to convey the passion within, With the tradional word 'love' to abide? Such words could never express this passion. . No matter how often they're spoken; Like how nothing could ever keep me away, No matter the times I've been broken.

Heaven Just Could Not Wait

Mommy, Why do you cry?
Daddy, Why weep?
The angels up here.
Are so loving and sweet.
What a beautiful place,
No sadness or fears.
And whatever you ask,
God always hears.

His love surrounds me,
I am not alone.
I am comforted and loved,
I am happy at home.
So, here for you,
I'll patiently abide.
Keeping our mansion ready,
Warm and cozy inside.

I'm very close by,
And in your hearts I will stay.
I'm not really gone,
I'm just a heartbeat away.
The angels were singing,
As they opened the gates.
As you see, for me,
Heaven just could not wait.

A Recharge

In coldness of a winter night With sliver of a moon for light, I walk along the frozen way, Remembering a summer’s day. Come, come, my love, and walk with me. The wind is blowing out to sea. Seasons forever roll around. Lost summer's love, can be refound. We’ll seek the violets where they hide, The daffodil’s winter abide. The tiny snowbells showing through Are proof enough love can renew. Triumphantly, one bright spring day The blossoms as a love bouquet Will cheer a winter near dried heart. Just so, a true love can restart. won a no. 1 in Brian's contest

Aging Gracefully

Senile and silly are the woes of sage.
Broken on the altar of age.
But the children care not,
They enjoy the silliness a lot.

No matter the weather,
I thank God, our Lord and Father
For the fun
Smiles, water and sun.

But even when all seems lost,
No hope to regain the cost
I'll not regret nor dread the pain;
For in His joy and peace I remain.

Now, let Love abide!
Never to leave His side.
Overflowing from the Holy Spirit forever
I will not fail; not ever!

Aging gracefully, I'm ready
To step into Eternity; it's heady!
Happy and excited to be
With my Lord, eternally!

Above the Blue Twilight

Chance the night, oh fragrant wind
Beckon to its drowsy calling
For 'tis there she rises high
And in the morn’s seen falling

Two different worlds on blanket lay
Before creations dawning
T’was there, her glory first espied
Began her lover’s fawning

The gentle glow upon her face
Her light of azure gloaming
A reflection of the love he feels
His warmth of heart e’er showing

Chase the wind, disrupt the tides
My lover, oh my soul
And to your darkened bed abide
In part or by the whole

Though my eyes rare find your face
Upon the darkened night
Forever shall we meet and dance
Above the blue twilight

A Spell By Moonlight

I walked with people from another time,
They were beautiful and ghostly.
I sleep now, and sit with the three of selves,
within a dreamly realm.
Tripple Goddess in my soul,
I consort with thee.
Luscious Apple of Eve.
We dance in my mind, with spirit.
We sit and we talk and share tears.
We meld into one being.
Simple beings of light.
Soul sisters. Pyramid of Isis. High crown.
I abide thee as, Lass of Moher.
Maiden of new colony.
Mother.
Sister of Natives.
Wanted of LA.
Mother.
Daughter.
Sister.
Friend.
Lover.
Energy meet energy.
Soul touch soul.
By three laws do I fold.
In perfect love, and perfect trust.

1 Corithians 13

Love is always patient
in deed and word is kind
can not abide the green eyed monster
so envy will not find.

It never tries to gloat or brag
it can not be malicious
does not demand to have it's way
is never once suspicious.

Is always calm when under pressure
can't laugh when others stumble
doesn't try to tally wrongs
wont quit, complain or mumble

It always to the future looks
is positive, fair and just
ever eager to find the best
in others wants to trust.

It never fails when hardships hit
keeps fast to what is true
when all else seems to fall apart
true love sees us through.

The Love of My Life

To feel the touch of love from you,
          My heart rings out so clear;
A song with passions sung anew,
In words I hope you hear.

The softness and the warmth I feel,
          My soul in soft embrace;
To live a life in love so real,
          No sense doth dare replace.

          Forever may my hope abide,
          In harmony so true;
          To eternally in Love reside,
My Dear, My Wife with you.

If Only Love's Enough

If only love's enough,no sad classic songs.

No more walls in every broken hearts
.
No more wounds that'll turn to scars.

No more tearful memories burried in Sheol.

If only love's enough,

We can shut the door in.

Feel the warmth of each skin.

Travel altogether to heaven's ceiling.

If only love's enough,

There'll be no fight.

No sharp blade slashed one's heart.

Happiness and precious moment will abide.

If only love's enough to fight!

For Love Is What the Angels Call Dismay

for love is what the angels call dismay
knowing not the longings of the heart
nor can they comprehend that endless day
on which these quite strange feelings had their start

for men, it seems, these feeling try to hide
beneath the stony face of stoic’s lie
such tenderness, such joy, they can’t abide
they let love drift away in lonely sigh

they cannot stoop and pick such lovely blooms
remove them from the beauty of their place
their empty hearts but the distant tombs
of loves no other lovers can replace

they cannot squander this in feigned display
for love is what the angels call dismay

The Other Side of Life

A loved one has passed to the other side,
Within my heart there to abide.
I know one day they'll be reborn,
That's why there's no reason for me to mourn.

Even though you've gone away,
In my heart you'll forever stay.
Next time around we'll meet again,
You may even be my closest friend!

From time to time I miss you still,
In truth I know I always will.
You've shown me love, laughter, and fun,
That I'll pass on before my time is done.

Death is not something that I dread,
Starting a new life is what lies ahead.
And when it comes my time to go,
I'll still send love to those I know.

Forever Blessed

Father I don’t know how to be,
I don’t know anything besides
what you show me.
Always Be with me,
For without You, as nothing,
I am empty.
Oh my God,
If only,
I could be perfect, just like thee,
The Best.

I want to pass all my tests,
& abide in Excellency.

However, this one thing
You have shown me;
You work by process.
So, when all I see is worry
& mess,
You see progress.

Father, so,
As I take each step,
Let Your WISDOM keep
My mind from worrying,
& YOUR LOVE,
keep me FOREVER BLESSED.

A Personal Attack

Now if I shoot at you with live ammo that's personal,
Words just don't hack it, most thoughts too bizarre
To attribute to anything short of dementia,
With colors that dribble, fake tears! Spayed guitar!

Sounds so high strung with guts, from such different cats,
Tones all bounce off life’s rails more like temper’s distemper.
What cue ball can't sink are your colors to choose,
But consider largesse to be caveat emptor.

The precision you see here's designed to confuse you,
For order is something most men can't abide,
But the devil take foremost, ‘who’s first,’ most deserving
A cinch that there's nothing to trump – more than pride!

Goodwill Overflowing

Praise be to the tranquil home
Where care and amity abide
Like a well-worn book or favorite poem
In whose members we confide
And whose values are our guide

Ill-fated is the raging home
Where resentment and cruelty reign
Like an outcast always bound to roam
Doomed to empty constant pain
Where no glimmer of will remain

Blessed is our home within
Where resides a treasure glowing
Without temptation need or sin
Just eternal pure love glowing
And goodwill overflowing
