Wander

Unlit, unmapped, undiscovered
Begins the quest of an armored
Without shield or sword
Fate bound onward
Does the heart command
And the spirit demand

Chaos flames burn
Uncertainty begins to churn
 Stripped of protection
Lost and without direction
Stumbles the tormented soul
Bound to destiny’s scroll

Abhorrence chokes
Demons of fear provokes
Alone and incomplete
Searching with exhausted feet
Determined and predicted
A love so strongly inflicted

Precisely in the darkest moment
Attacked with the most torment
As the last of hope dies
Does the sun finally rise
The missing piece able to be found
And you know without a sound

Time Anew

TIME ANEW
(When we celebrate the coming of the New Year, we have to keep in mind...)

Time,
My best friend,
My worst enemy,
To my child you gave birth and
My parents you took away,

Happiness is your gift
Suffering is your doing
You took the bride to church and
To cemetery you led the widow

Love with you it grew in me
So did her sister, hate
To spirit you brought ecstasy and
To the heart abhorrence

Success came with you
Failure likewise
You made me proud to feel and
Also to feel ashamed
BUT
Each time you come ANEW
Jubilantly I celebrate
For unconditionally I LOVE YOU
Because I am your CHILD!

Finding Unobscured Serenity

Finding Unobscured Serenity

Abhorrence fills Earth
Benevolence is here too
Humans find a gripe
Seeking approval of like
Affection endures despite

Conflict upheaval
Simply love outweighs hatred
Purifying those
Desiring true harmony
With due prudence one must choose

Those who shine their light
They chase back shadows of self
Fake light must be discerned
Don’t mistake the evil light
Kind begets kind by virtue

A Break Up

A break up! I've had a breakup... With a person..?? No with my emotions, With my love and aspirations They said love's a give and take relation, But little did I know it demanded a high compensation... Every time I tried to share a piece of my heart I was gifted with the echoes of abhorrence that hit me hard, I see the softness shredding And anger growing stronger, Love slowly fading And detestation taking over... Was never accepted as an abundance of love Will never be accepted as one of hate, For a girl now grown so bitter and rough Will ever be accepted by one in her fate?

Self-Disgust

I know I've let my body go and grow so spare me of your incantations,
The slither betwixt your pretty lips saying thoughts of thy own fascination.

Sinew may seep from neath thy skin,
And beauty is abundant in thy face,
But your olive tincture of unknown kin,
Ensures you're not of my Irish race.

My abhorrence for my very self,
Stems from the beauty atop your bones,
Yet I am a handsome Celtic elf,
So in grace I know you're not alone.

I suppose my unrequited love for you,
Is the root of my self-contempt,
I must learn to love myself as I do,
Love you without my intent exempt.

Obsessiveness

Once have chance to madness.

                                          On penurious mind.

                                          Ogle to abhorrence.

                                          Opposing drab bias.

                                           Obedience is faith.

                                  Occult love-hate wand strew.

                                      Open your heart to sun.

Partiality

Prior chance to madness.

                                            Per penurious mind.

                                         Peer-to-peer abhorrence.

                                            Protesting drab bias.

                                         Persuasion is trust form.

                                       Psychic love-hate wand strew.

Prone your heart to the sun.

Till the End of Time

Till the End of Time

Show empathy and kindness to humanity
Love for all, abhorrence for none,
That is how we uphold peace.

Life's not for war, bigotry & hostility
Treat people with virtue as one
Spend in charity not negative things.

The trespassers never thrive throughout eternity!
Serve humanity, all to be done
Likewise forbid evil, and enjoin justice.

Fear Before Love

Fear before love; tis ever
A street's heart-thumped view.
Abhorrence, through which a smile
Cracking, may burst through.

That which trembles, before dawn
Verging, tree-shaded
Its more than likely in awe.
For whom light does shed.

Choose the Love

L-earn to choose the love,
E-vade the fire of abhorrence;
N-o anger shall remain,
I-t instead surely
E-nds.

B-egin to choose the love,
O-n the fifteenth of May;
D-eny the wind of hate,
O-r the devil's wicked way.
T-hink about the right decision, ask the Lord God above;
A-im at the penned acrostic, as you choose the love.
