Love Poem: Zephyr

Zephyr

Light wind, blowing like gentle kiss,
like her soft touch, I always miss;
Cool damp of her lips on my cheek
reminds me of the love I seek.

Like the west wind blowing the heat
to tame the blaze of fumed heartbeat;
Her love is like a dawning hope
that tames the scorch of my burnt rope.

Her fresh caress, like rain of bliss;
How could I shun a love like this?
The blow of her breath on my skin
makes my troubles tremble and spin.

Like kiss of rain on barren grain,
her gentle blow digs out my brain;
Like splashing sound on arid ground,
makes me feel like love is around.
