Unconditional Love
My past comes back to haunt me
Many times in life
What God has forgiven
Others haven’t forgotten
There are times when I remember
That I did the thing so wrong
No one seems to remember
How long that time’s been gone
God filled me with a love
That is without conditions
Love that lives inside of me
Willing to give so generously
God has changed my heart
From selfish and neglectful
Into one of faith and hope
Feelings of pure selflessness
God has worked on my life
And He continues to provide
New ways of giving back to the world
With a heart that loves unconditionally!
