Truth
Truth is everything to me –
I can forgive poverty...
even forgive wealth –
but dishonesty pains me
eternally to the core...
The strength of Christ
was His Truth;
His loyalty
even onto the Cross:
He did not cut
and run from Truth –
His Word, His Flesh
His Blood His Spirit
one in the same –
There you have it...
Truth is essential to Love –
without it
you have neither.
