To Let You Know

I finally realize that you are my type,
Come baby let me wipe,
Your eyes, get rid of your tears,
Ease up all of your fears,
So bring your body near,,
Just let me stare and gaze,
Into those sweet browns,
Let you know I’ve found,
What I need,
I want to feed,
You strawberries in candlelight,
I will write you twenty poems,
Because you smiled,
And now my life’s complete,
Wishing I could delete,
Everyone else in the world,
When you’re near,
Run my fingers through your hair,
Get you alone to really kiss your lips,
Run my hands along your hips,
Simple things like if you touch my face,
Or hold me in an embrace,
Seem magical to my heart,
Making it race,
Speeding up its beat,
To the point of no retreat,
Where dreams are made to come true,
And I find myself still in love with you.

Even with the past couple of days,
I can still find ways,
To express how I feel,
Still want you in my life,
Still hoping that it’s alright,
To want you,
To need you, and to love you,
Even with the day approaching when,
You’ll decide we’re through,
And there is nothing that I can do,
To get over this,
Give me a second to miss,
Just don’t walk away from this,
Every date in our love,
Will try to relate,
Feelings of rapture,
Attempts to capture,
Your heart.
