Three Words
In these pages so unbound,
I find the grace to be;
In a flame that dances so,
I can finally see.
Is this the page within my dreams?
Are these the words of life?
Do the hours finally fall
To make a heart a wife?
Dearly I have prayed for her --
Oh the tears I've wept.
Let me touch that heart of gold
That I cannot forget.
And the words I long to hear
So deep within my soul,
A whisper, more than I can bear;
Three words and I am whole.
