There's a Stranger In Your Place

There's a stranger in your place

I see you, across the room
and, I know it must be you...
you have that special quality,
possessed by very few.

We've been together
for all these years,
I've always listened...
tried to calm your fears...
but lately...
I've noticed...with you,
something's changed

I never expected this, but, now I see...
that there's a stranger in your place.

I feel like you're an actress...
playing in a movie scene.
I can see that...
it's, your lips that are moving...
it's, just the words...I can't believe.

bridge
I can see...
you're having trouble with your mind.
so I try to...help you... all I can,
but, I can see that...
you're changing day by day...
suddenly, you treat me like a stranger.

Chorus
I recognize your body, and I recognize your face,
you're changing day by day...
now, I see that there's a stranger...in your place!

Bridge
I can see...
you're having trouble with your mind.
so I try to...help you... all I can,
but, I can see that...
you're changing day by day...
suddenly, you treat me like a stranger.

Chorus
I recognize your body, and I recognize your face,
you're changing day by day...
now, I see that there's a stranger...in your place!

you're changing day by day...
now, I see that there's a stranger...in your place!

repeat and fade to zero
