The Wedding
The groom standing next to the minister
Nervous, sweating gettting cold feet
Maybe we should wait until next winter
Then the bride enters the suite
As she walks down the isle
The minister sees her smile
As is reflected in the groom's eyes
And what to his surprise
The groom's jaw relaxes
A smile comes on his face
An attitude of love says
I would give my life in her place
(This truth and a metaphor.)
