Love Poem: The Tale of Love a Million Dollar Question

The Tale of Love a Million Dollar Question

love is undefinable

it is an illusion

that impregnates the heart

people blurt out and say

i have found love

get real...

whats the colour?

how heavy is it?

its a million dollar question

why wont you say you have found love?

i ask?

you see a lady who is voluptuous

sexy at best...with a full front and back

why wont you say you have found love

its all a facade

driven by lust

we all try to picture love

but its unpicturable

cause it cannot be captured

even with a camera lens

love driven by the heart

is rare like an extinct dinosaur

why not love a blind girl?

why not love a deaf girl?

why not love a supposed ugly girl

over my dead body they say

love....which is real and tested by fire and metal

does not wither away

cause it is formed from the heart

it is not carved out of appearance

because appearance fades and withers

in any love triangle

this is just an added incentive

love without sacrifice

and respect for a ladies dignity, virtue, body is no love at all

love that dwells on de-virtue-ing a lady is no love at all

to make a lady virtue-less like a virtuoso is not love

love that wants to corrupt and ravish a ladies body

is not love at all but it is called fleshly lust

ladies...i plead

diligently wait for your one true love

dont take him for granted

experience they say is the best teacher

why wont it be cause it leaves one scarred

found a lady i truly love...i know she likes me

poured out myself as humble as i can be

and as simple as i am

but its been a battle of both worlds

a tale of two cities

i fear for her

threading the path others have trodden

filled with regrets

i truly love her...no doubt

because her love flows in me

like a stream that never runs dry

she is a treasure

who needs a treasurer

to safeguard her virtue till her wedding night

dont ply that route filled with regrets

my pointview, i feel your pain

because i have mentally prepared myself for this task

and the fools feel a man cannot keep his virtue

i am keeping mine for you

cause it will not be fair if i want you to keep yours

and i have lost mine...

so ladies...

be patient...'

watchful...

prayerful...

someone like me needs you kept

and together we will build

a godly generation

that will keep up the virtue and precepts

of love as ordained by God

i have been called names for my lack of conformity

to the tenets of the society

i know you ladies will too

ladies i plead...

guard your virtues like the princesses you are

waiting for her prince

together we shall mould

a greater generation

sealed with the covenant of love

as ordained by God
