The Sweetest Orchestra

There’s nothing for me worth dying for
Dying for acceptance and purpose to life
To a life where survival is worth crying for
Crying for restitution, a double edged knife
A knife that’s been sharpened to slice puppet strings
Puppet strings controlling what we believe
We believe and hope that the future might bring
Bring peace to a notion so ill conceived
Conceived as crescendo when love bells ring
Bells ring to mute out a hate message choir
Choir tunes change when symphonies sing
Sing love melodies for all to admire
Admire and seek the place they belong
They belong somewhere, no matter which home
Which home will play their number one song?
A song of warmth, no longer alone
Alone in the cold, alone in the dark
The dark non-existent in shining safe haven
Safe haven where harps and heralds hark
Hark while angels sing in a place called heaven
