The Ring
He brought me the love I could never find
Saying that forever will be,
Just like the circle started but never ended,
That is why he sealed it with a ring.
Crying with happiness,
I hugged and kissed him,
Knowing that our love was meant to be.
Times have tested the ring,
Seeing if we’re meant to be.
We still are together,
Knowing we meant forever.
The ring shines on my hand,
Just like a perfect fit.
I stare at it wondering many things,
And wondering how a small ring
Can say a million words.
Life will never be the same
