The Pain I Bare
Thank you for that beautiful time that no one was able to give me. I love you.
This pain that I have.
No other pain can compare.
I’m trapped in a cage,
Sinking deep in my sorrow.
Thrown over a boat,
And forgotten.
Everyone watching me drown,
But yet no one cares.
They want to help,
But have no way to help.
Wanting to be rescued,
But also wanting to be alone.
But no one can bare the pain that I have.
Waking up every morning,
To a bright happy sun,
And yet rain still comes.
A storm hovering over my head,
Walking knee deep in my sorrow.
What’s causing this treacherous pain,
This pain I have in my heart.
I carry this heavy burden around,
Realizing,
My load gets heavier and heavier.
Then you came walking into my life,
Happy and lively,
With a bright and happy atmosphere,
It was so addicting,
So good to feel happy and loved,
Nothing can take that feeling away.
I will always love and cherish you,
I will never leave you.
