Some Kids Are Funny
Life without children takes away every joy,
some kids are funny, others are really mean;
the ones who make you laugh more aren't lean:
they are the chubby ones that love sweet candy!
Ask them which Holidays they prefer over others
and they will surely tell you , " Christmas and Halloween! "
Oh, that thrill is a scream that overwhelms their senses;
it sparkles in their big smile that never loses sheen!
Love these little darlings, don't be surprised
if the very funny ones will become the future clowns!
" Not my kids, of course! " We all say aloud;
are clowns really normal without their ups-and-downs?
Funny kids fill our world with wonder, laughter and great joy;
let's take care of them: they are our ultimate delight!
They may be naughty, spiteful and sometimes fight,
but as they slowly outgrow their whims, they will not annoy!
