Reality Begins To Blur

I felt sad as I watched her fall apart. Though I wasn't spying I caught her crying and felt a pain growing within my heart. Her tears mesmerize, trickling from her eyes. A weeping Angel; she takes my breath away while I struggle to find the right words to say: and my heart starts to pound. I have never felt this way before now. I knew naught of love or Angels above. Yet, I felt our souls were once linked, somehow; and wondered if she even noticed me. Both compassion and desire encourage me to inquire as to what the matter might be: and my heart starts to pound. She smiles at me, so I sit for a while. Outside of a dream, not even ice cream could be any sweeter than her sweet smile. She spoke so carefree, like she trusted me. I asked if she felt the attraction I do, and she said yes, she felt a connection too. While we talk, reality begins to blur, and my heart starts to pound; a thumping, throbbing sound.
