In My Wildest Dreams

Laughing lavender lights Glisten on naked skin Breathing tenderness A touch so gentle and sweet In silence – in solitude Where grace penetrates Robbing anxiety it’s dread Soothing with music’s prayer Twinkling in amber eyes Shades of soft, soothing sounds Erasing all the fears felt From crying so quietly Grace embraces the whisper Of imagination, insight, inspiration The beauty within a spirit Who soars across the fields Colors of hope and passion Greet love that falls brightly On the stars and moon Hues of heaven’s kindness I need to know where Love shines down, without a sound Lifting my soul to new heights Rejoicing in the promise Of a God who knows my heart Understands my thoughts And awakens my sense of hope To become the person He blesses With His endless affection His direction and correction His gift of acceptance That reassures me – I am loved Beyond my wildest dreams!
