Illumination

I am still here waiting
Waiting for something to happen
I am still here waiting
Waiting for you to come
Christmas has come and gone
And here I am still waiting on the wet lawn
Daybreak stares desperately in my eyes
As the elements thunders in the sky
The music is still playing on the hill
And I just cannot keep still
I kept looking out the window
As if you were coming to meet me
It’s like this saga will never end
It is finally going to make me bend
Can destiny be so unkind?
That it cannot give me a Bligh
Sometimes I hold my head down
And I feel water dripping from my eyes
I have been waiting, and I am still waiting
I wonder when you will come
So that we can have some real fun
The rattling sound of the iron gate
Propel me to my feet, and I leaped in anxiety
For one moment I thought it was you
It was too good to be true
And the saga continued because it wasn’t you
I escaped the vibrating sound
And find a little corner to whisper a little prayer
But I could not hear my own voice
Because of the pounding music outside
I kept looking through the window
Waiting for you to come
Suddenly a big red truck crept up near the gate
And blocked the entire road
I read a little into it
And I did not make much of it
But when I saw the illuminating red light
It felt as if danger was creeping by my side
That feeling change and it began to feel
as if someone was pouring out love and delight
And when the light suddenly faded into lime green
It felt like a message had just come from Buckingham palace
Telling me to get up and go
or was the message telling me to get ready for the show?
It felt like a scene in the great Gatsby show
Three lime green light and one white light
fade on the front of the truck
Was it Santa passing by?
Or someone was bidding me goodbye
I could see him continuously looking across the water,
As the green light illuminating Gatsby’s love for Daisy,
The wealth, money, and the American Dream kindled on the big red truck.
It lit up the water in the bush on the pond
And then it black out suddenly
And some came out of the truck
All kind of scenario start going around in my head
It's as if they were going to tear down the house
And use it to dump up the water land
It is as if the lights were telling me to go
It is that feeling that overshadow you
When your dream is thousand of miles
away from you. Only the tears I feel in my eyes
And your spirit walking by
It feels as if I have gone through this stage before
When I was walking on the golden shore
The sun was penetrating my back and
And your spirit was engaged in a deep rooted chat
They call it a kind of deja vu
And I can mirror it through and through
I am here and you are there
We have so much to share
I am waiting.
I am waiting for you.
