I Want To Be To You What You Are To Me!

Laugh with me, Dance with me
Get as deep under my skin as you can
Easy as I’ve come to you, easy it is that I’m gone
Become part of me, before it goes all wrong
Give to me what I need, which is love and affection
All the things I give to you, right back in my direction
Your love in return, it all that I seek
I want to be to you what you are to me!

Just close your eyes, picturing you lost a love one
My feelings are the same each day your away
Don’t bring any extra baggage my way
Fix what’s is broken then approach me
Clean up your act, and maybe we’ll see
But, it’s already clear where the prize is
Either you desire to have or you don’t
No excuses, no front
Put yourself in my shoes, and you’d see
I want to be to you what you are to me!

, qualities

I’m strange fruit that’s who I am
Southern Trees drip juice that runs straight threw me
I imagine my lips pressed firmly against yours
Bitter sweet is the taste, like my favorite pasta dish
It’s not me who you seek, maybe someone more manish
Years apart, experience differs, growing up in different times
What appears in the light to you, looks another way in mine
My convo is good, that you seem to approve of
But when it comes to giving back what I’m putting out, I gets no love
There I’ve said it, it’s out there for everyone to see
I simply what to be to you, what you are to me!
