Love Poem: I Choose Love

I Choose Love

Your eyes blue, as the ocean waters,

As i wish i could drown in them forever, never to resurface.

Forever being locked inside, with not a key to spare,

A place where love is the air we breath and the food we swallow,

But as hearts so fragile, love is hurtful and unforgiving.

Getting attached could meen being scared forever on a heart of hope,

But not to love is as if there is no heart to scar in the first place.

So i chose the way of pain, hope, despair and desire.

I chose to drown in the deepest of your bluest seas.

My pain can wait along with the obvious and facts of life beyond us,

Where i can escape into a world where hate and hurt are no longer.

I choose the sun that lights the day and the moon that glows the night.

I choose forever, i choose you, and i choose love.
