Do We Share the Hope Christ Gave Us?
The Bible says to “give reason of the hope within us.”
But too often, we drag a lot of weight beneath us!
Christ wants us freely to share his hope with others!
We need to willingly share his love with another!
How will others have hope? Unless we share it?
Christ told us to pick up our cross, and bear it!
We need to be his example, in the world’s madness!
We need to do it from a heart of joy and gladness!
We needn’t be ashamed of the work God has done!
All glory and honor should be given to his son!
He gives joy unspeakable!
And the half hasn’t been told!
May we be an expression of his joy!
Both young an old!
Let’s bless the lord! In what we say and how we live!
He’s patient with us! And so willing to forgive!
Please come Lord Jesus! And take self pride away!
Bring your holy conviction,
and give us the words to say!
This may seem odd! And to many… Old fashioned!
Stir our hearts to share
with a godly compassion!
Please come Jesus! And stir our hearts,
from within!
That we would love to tell others about YOU!
Our best friend!
