Colors In the Sky

"Two doves in white flying, feathers glow beneath the morning's rainbow colors" - Charles Messina The empyrean expanse of blue is waiting With arms open wide to welcome its emperor, The Sun enters gracefully into Aurora's court, Fireworks begin, as fuchsia melds with titian, Sunshine yellow merges with golden maroon, And a kaleidoscope of colours burst open; Two white doves fly beneath this chromatic motley, A stark contrast to the dance of glinting hues, They chase each other, lost in lasting love, Unaware of the glow reflected in their pearly wings, The power of their pure passion affects even the royalty, As the Eye of Heaven smiles, the love of doves lingers long.
