Believe

Believe Darkness falls on every heart, mind and soul filling the thoughts with fears, the plans with doubts remembering the haunting of those years when black bled through the kindness and best dreams bruising the sure truth and destroying grace Abiding in faith, where the storms and seas can never wash away the beautiful shining down like the sun, the stars, the moon erasing the black with passion, venting attractive poetry, inviting psalms Singing through the prayers, faded into notes of bold and flaming truths, believing in the Son who rose, stronger than the light morning comes and goes, but never pleases like the One who loved beyond the meaning – Believe He is here and He is real, breaking those chains, healing wounds, inspiring joy who breathes hope through the life, ensuring the heart and soul that there’s love alive, love who guides, who abides, who desires - our souls Believe - He’s the cause for my devotion B--Forms and Words Poetry Contest Sponsored by: Sotto Poet Believe is the word I picked March 5, 2023
