When we see others hurting,
And our hearts don’t even cry.
We look inside for the answers,
As our souls cry out why oh why?
The path we’re given here on Earth,
Will have ways we each may learn.
In starting the learning process,
Most begin to feel their concern.
We’ll each evolve with each lesson,
Our behavior will soon transform.
We’ll realize right choices we make,
Will seldom cause anyone harm.
We’ll begin to observe others,
Our hearts will perceive their needs.
By helping others where they’re at,
We’ll know when to plant our seeds.
Follow Love’s spirit, found within,
And always do your very best.
Rest assured you’re never alone,
Your efforts will always be blessed.
Becoming a loving person,
You’ll want to show what you believe.
You’ll teach the lessons you have learned,
It’s better to give than receive.
