Secrets of Passion

The sheets beneath the shadow lights a spark, for whence we laid down he nestled his head. Our enchantment lights magic in the dark, but so much is spoken with words unsaid. For love can be given without a sound, and received within the silence of night. Freely nurturing with touching, profound, nevertheless understood without sight. Let us keep the secrets of passion calm, yet exalt beyond the whisper of breeze. Free from apprehension and busy qualm, longing for our souls to be hushed with ease. For as long as we remain free from sound, our mystical romance will be unbound. ~28 April 2016~

Words Left Unsaid

Words left unsaid as teardrops fell
The price of love, their hearts would tell
And so they parted, love took flight
And left their hearts to lonely nights
Each unable to break loves spell

Distant sound of the old church bell
Rang through seasons they knew so well
Winter to spring, summer shone bright
 Words left unsaid

Each had a broken heart to sell
As fire within they tried to quell
 Memories fade in Luna's light
Stars wished upon twinkle in sight
 Love's distant star, flickers farewell
 Words left unsaid

Didactic Poem

Didactic poem

Searching God
Be kind to His souls,
Temple bells will ring,
Hymns breeze will sing!

Unsaid love
Unless you share,
Longings will not end,
and passion will pretend !

Selfishness
When surfaces,
Bitterness will be high,
and relationships will die !

Greed
Never enough for need,
Will let you down,
Humanity will drown !

Knowledge
Sharpens the mind,
Glows with each sunrise,
and we are witty and wise !

Discourse of a Rose

I found a book from long before
And thought to read the book once more.
The pages, yellowed, slightly torn;
The book well-read, now bent and worn.
And as I turned each page with care
I found a rose was lying there--
The symbol of a love repressed,
A rose between the pages pressed.
And still the rose was bloody red
While uttering the words unsaid.
The rose said all there was to say
So I left it for another day,
And placed the novel in the den
Until the rose should speak again.
The discourse of a bloody rose--
The one I picked; the one I chose.
And even now that flower grows
And sows whatever seeds it sows.

Looking On Fondly...

Where the aura shines in subdued tones
    Overlooked tones were these
Purple...murmured brilliance
Austere vivid visual
Captivating subtly... smiling shyly

Deflecting the praise
gliding through days, easily flowing
floating
Lovely, imperfectly graceful
Cries on whim, laughs like songs
Affectionate laugh....contagious laugh
I love to make her laugh

Selfless, sensitive angel
  arms wrap delicate
    nurturing, healing embrace
See's unseen, unsaid and solves...
...somehow

    Selfless, sensitive angel
       arms wrap delicate
           I long for your embrace

Words Left Unsaid

The tears in your eyes say you are leaving
The deserts around us sigh as we part
Words left unsaid won't stop me from grieving
And searching for answers for this poor heart

I will remember the light of your smile
And the tenderness of holding you tight
The soft words spoken in such a short while
As we laughed and loved beneath the moonlight

Does the moon still shine and the coyotes cry
In the magical place we knew so well
Are there still embers that say we should try
Or should we just let our memories tell

I can always recall how the stars shined -
Should I remember or leave them behind ?

Changes

a sculpture carved without a finish......
a painting left incomplete......
a book still with a bookmark in page ten....
an emotion well hidden,well kept....
deep cut in empty heart once full of love....
forever,things left unsaid..........

left unsaid

Knew it in moment this Wednesday
though she left last Monday
life turned, never to be the same
now my heart knows how it feels
to cherish now, what was then.

Her days carried me on a breeze
like a book that was never meant to be read
only felt in rippled waves
oh, to turn through those pages again.

Our young song' thrilling plan
traces left a forever mark on a boy
where only envy's left to the man.

Lesson one, don't be a jerk like me
fill the pages with everything your heart
has to give..
never regret the things you wished you'd done
and all those wonderful words of love
you left unsaid.

Silent Love

He couldn't take his eyes off her
as pink blushed in his deep alluring stare.
Sentiments suffused in delicate dance,
vibrations pulsed relentless in veins.
Calm muted moon, in cloudless sky,
ebullient dewdrops in hypnotic trance
Begins an envoy, infinite, endless...
as white noise around, bring grace solace.
A name of love, whimpers in silence.
A kiss said it all,.... what was left unsaid.

Loves Lives On

We stand here; hand in hand, face to
face
Preparing to embark into a dark and
dangerous place
To the land without rain; through the
fire and the flames
Into a darkness with many, many
names
Fueled only by our blind bliss
Energy of a lifetime from just one
single, passionate kiss
The pure rejuvination of hearts
turned lethargic
A love as easily kindled as a candle's
wick
It burns with an ember that's vividly
red
And silence much louder than the
words unsaid
All those before us have lived and
are now gone
And yet, and still, love lives on

Unforgiveness

As the empathic moon pales of lustre of life,
and the downcast stars fall in the hour
of lamentation,
unforgiveness has its own realm of misery.
Our anger and resentment strickens our lives,
smothers our love, our joy.

Still absent from one another,
we grow grayer into white.
The evefall speaks of barren and
abandoned dreams,
of reunions that could of been,
of words unsaid that could of professed
a healing pardon.
The unforgiveness borne on a catafalque,
yet, not unburdened, and still unburied. ~

Raining Melody of Memory

RAINING MELODY OF MEMORY
You walked away through mist along garden trail, what stayed after nothing with me ever remained was the amorous sea of your scent for me to sail in the wake of your melting shadow I saw waned. What stayed after nothing with me ever remained was amorphous image of fathomless void you left, an abyss in the cleft of my broken heart disdained, in parched dunes of aloneness I felt fervently bereft. What stayed after nothing with me ever remained were ringing ripples of sound of silence you made, I heard the music when melody of memory rained with the hidden fervor of emotion you left unsaid.

Glass of Love

Open a page of this untold story
No regrets, no need to say sorry
Broken hearts are unsolved mysteries
Better unsaid and left as history

Bring out the good soul in me
Chase away all bad thoughts I see

Fill up my glass with intimacy
Keep me drunk but sober equally
Let me drown in love, hate and confusions
Never try to save me, from all of Eros's illusions

Your Home Is With Me

Many reasons left unsaid
For why I journey beyond your head
And why a space is left maintained
For when you say "let's meet again"

Reasons for a shedded tear
But never what you think you fear
The outside world they say "be warned!"
When inner demons are so near

Mental bruises deteriorates
Sanity at a rapid pace
And when it's gone we only have
A bond you swore would never break

Reasons why you're seen this bold
In dreams that just can't be retold
Is for a better want of word
A sheltered love to be unfold
And if you go you'll come back home
For you are mine and I am yours

Ghost Leaf of the Tree

Your hands untouched
Smell unknown
Hugs not felt
Words unsaid
Embedded into me

Mind wonders
Heart races
Agony of wanting
What I can't have
Give me a minute
To recognize there's nothing between you and I
You listen quietly
Day and night
Now's your turn to speak
Shed me your light
Let me see what others can
And I can not
Give me a memory of you
The heart wants what it can't have
For love is immortal
And it bleeds in its need

Earth Angel

There is a softness about you
That summons things divine.
It makes me think what I must do
To be worthy to call you mine.

There is a kindness you employ
That touches my heart and head.
It is the source of boundless joy,
And nothing does it leave unsaid.

There is charity in all your acts
That lifts lives in endless ways.
It confronts mortality’s harsh facts
And turns fearful nights to days.

There is love within your being
That embraces all who are near.
It’s a blessing I’ve been seeing—
An earth angel irrepressibly dear.

Memories

Tipsy, we were together
Happiness, we lived together
By the malls hands we held
Love unsaid you led
In truth, I knew we were friends
When first our roads so met
That no fiend will do us part
In love, in trust and happiness
Living to love, our betterment
Pains, joy in togetherness
Until the day you pressed the pause
Like a woman in sudden menopause
When medic in sorrow announcement
Alone now I sing, mimicry of your song
But today this dirge I sang
Because your mouth stopped to sing

Hidden Truth

Hidden Truth

The truth is not told
from the way I look
cause inside my head
confusion's a cook.

It's boiling, steaming
and scattered all around
It's sizzling, bubbling
and no peace found.

It's questions unanswered
and fearing to ask
It's truths to tell
but too hard a task.

It's words unsaid
in fear of the tongue
and smiles to share
inside deep down.

It's feelings to reveal
direct from the heart
and anger to let go
like a piercing dart.

It's all these things
locked up inside
fearing to leave
the place they hide.

Dedicated to all those quiet people who keep there feelings locked up inside."I know how
you feel".......love Maryam*

Fragrance of Yesterday's Air

I dream of roses and a lover's song
The fragrance lingers from yesterday's air,
of sensual touch, when nights were long
And I was drowning in her falling hair
I gave her roses of passionate red
Spreading petals around her sweeter scent
We'd drink from love's cup, drunk on the unsaid
Lost in scented roses, fragrance now spent
Exposing her soul, revealing her cry
Who loved red roses and passionate love
A fiery white light that burned through night sky
She was a lover. One.... dreams are made of

I gave her red roses, for times lover's share,
She gave candled nights, beneath falling hair

Beneath the Stars

Enchanted by the beauty of the night,
the wayward breeze of summer’s eve disturbed
emotions of the past. The waxen light
of moon espied, as flames of old reverbed.

A fading love revived on golden sands;
goodbyes, the only words we planned to heed,
were left unsaid as fate rejoined our hands,
and soft lips kissed, in search to sate their need.

Insatiable desires refused to quell
as skin to skin we bathed in salty waves
and loved in time to gentle tidal swell
forever now entwined as passion’s slaves,

though just my dreams beneath the stars above
bore witness to our steamy summer love.

Satin Bliss

In satin bliss of vivid hue
abides a rose still damp with dew.
Upon its stem the pigment bled,
infusing petals crimson red,
instilling beauty for debut.

I blush for such a gift undue
and gasp to see its lovely view.
This rose expresses words unsaid
in satin bliss.

This kiss, my dear, I give to you
and ev'ry day our souls renew.
Two faithful hearts, one mingled thread,
place sanguine petals on their bed
then dare to do what lovers do
in satin bliss.

*an Unexpected Good-Bye*

Why is it terrible things
Happen to the ones we love most
The ones who never complain
Who never brag or boast

A day prepared too soon
A good-bye unexpected to say
He's in all of our thoughts
And in every prayer we pray

Some may question why
And long for words unsaid
But he's gone somewhere special
Walking on ground we've yet to tread

An exceptional individual
Impossible not to love
He's no longer with us
But with the Lord above

Lost In Wonder (Naga-Uta)

Desolate,once more
Thinking of what could have been;
Where did I go wrong?
Was there more I should have done!
Three words left unsaid-
The arrogance of male pride,
Shackle emotions..inside
