Thoughts Friendship Love

Just a thought
Friendship is the most
 underrated relationship in our lives…
It remains the one relation
not bound by law, blood, or money—but
 an unspoken agreement of love.
It is free and without prejudice or boundary.
True love will prevail
 no matter what.

Unconditional Love Like Music In My Mind

diamonds and flowers
a woman's beautiful smile
seductive eyes
passionate kiss
an interesting secret inspired by a beatles song

raindrops and cool breezes
an umbrella and endless laughter
quiet country roads and underrated beauty
loving eyes
affectionate kiss
joyful contentment inspired by a neil sedaka song

morning dew
bashful sunset
a cardinal's inspirational jingle
good morning smile
good morning kiss
sweet upliftment with a gentle rhythm inspired by a bill withers song

Our Place

I'm underrated
and I'm outdated
a little scarred
but not disbarred
just living my life
along with my wife
we're two of a kind
never hard to find
trying to live in peace
without loosing our lease
we're just two crazy kids
who grew up from the skids
we're causing no harm
come share with our charm
come enjoy a brand new taste
eating here never a waste

Father Steps

If only there was a playbook
or manual at best
No study group or cliff notes
to take the big test
Being a Dad is hard, our baby steps
are the same as yours
We crawl along on all fours
with you on the floors
Had a hand in your creation
But the realization
We didn't give birth
Helped bring you to Earth
Often underrated
it can't be understated
Our love for our kids
is immense
Being DAD is intense
Our love for you is the only thing
that makes sense

Stolen, Was Her Life

Missing is a heartbeat,
Bleeding are her eyes.
Beaten is her body,
And sorrow where she lies.

Torn are all her clothes,
Serrated is her skin.
Gone is her respect,
Stolen from within.

Broken is her family,
Pain is what she brings.
Love is what is needed.
Underrated are these things.

Chocolatedesires

5'2 140pounds Body so curvy and
beautiful. Eyes shaped so
seductively. As pure and chocolate.
As can be when they see me they
see a passionate woman. Who's love
is so deep I can drown u. One touch
of a man. Sends his soul at ease ..
I'm more then able to please. But
making love to the mind is the
easiest part. He craves me the
addiction he has for me is
expressed all over his face so I
rest.as he places his hands on my
Mystery . I say come save this so
underrated my skin is soft such a
godess when I walk a temptress
when I talk but I'm not easy. Work
with me. Because I can be one of
your many #chocolate desires

Portrait: Of a Lady

She had never felt so loved, past threshold
of turning back to familiar home
There was comfort in arms that held
her statuesque form, heart fine honed

His cruelty made her kind, bound to commit
to vows she once thought she could not follow
Free spirit reigned in, free will did permit
dependance on hope's promise, now hollow

Embedded deeply in heart and in mind,
integrity fired truth to be her guide
knowing full well all she would leave behind
To give her best was all she could try

But for the fact she was so much hated
She would not have known love, underrated

Paranoid Delusion

Everything will die
Yes, you read that right
Don't believe me? Just imagine
Before we descend into madness
We love with all our passion
But we know it's an assassin
And it turns our hearts to ashes
The pain we can not fathom
It will eat us till we blacken
And our skin has rot and slackened

Kindness is underrated
Wisdom is separated
And totally unrelated
To what we want to be sedated
Every being perforated
By the things we said we hated
Dominated by the isolated
Such hatred will not be tolerated
The bright colors faded
All the while we stood and waited

To an Underrated Father

O father, unappreciated,
For all the work you've done and made.
Though you go out each day, to earn,
Your family fails to see your worth.

You toil to feed the family's needs,
But little thanks is what you receive.
Your hard work's taken for granted,
And often your efforts are slanted.

Though you are first to face a threat,
Your praise is last, your lot is set.
But know your value's not erased,
For heaven sees your sacrifice.

So take heart, and carry on,
For the family you love, you've won.

A Risen Enigma

Among the wounded and underrated entities,
Lies an enigma,
Handsome, softhearted but torn,
This is wrecking havoc in my soul.

The Nigerian society made me,
But I forged my fists and spine with a steel,
To withstand and defend against a coup de grâce,
And also conquer religion and politics.

They are watching but can't feel my pain,
And the bleeding on my wounded sensibilities,
Because I smell so good in a dirty water,
Flowing to the next chapter of my life.

Cloaked by insecurities, fears, and intimidation,
All I'm doing is to make a living out of the tawdry life the society gave me,
Today, I love the way you sit there,
And barely notice me at all when I rise.
