farewell, friendship, night, night,
Good night my friends, may we all meet again
tomorrow or sometime soon.
And should we neglect to indeed reconnect
I pray that your garden still blooms.
In summer and spring and the good Lord brings
you plenty of love and good cheer.
And sooth all your sadness and fill you with gladness
Now and throughout all the years.
Good night my friends, from now 'till the end
of whatever good races remain
for both you and I until we can fly
I bid you the deepest sweet dreams.

Me
When I am all alone and quiet.
The stillness startles me.
How on earth could I just think about me; my life;
my purpose; my needs?
Surely thinking of others...
Thinking of my loved ones would be more noble?
Yet as I try to think about me and reconnect to me.
I find every excuse to break off the connection.
Returning to me.
Not as easy as I thought.
I guess to be truly brave;
I have to persist in the connection to me.
For once you are clear on who you are.
You are clear on your role for the ones you love.

first love,
your touch comes second to being sun-kissed by summertime
but i come alive when your four eyes reconnect with mine
other couples were on the abandoned beach that afternoon
but they no idea I was writing the last few stanzas of my marriage vows
- not even you
while I was reading, you called me nerd..

I ache for your love
I want to reconnect,
We've had time apart,
Time to reflect.
Is there any chance
That we can turn around,
Get our relationship
Back on solid ground.
We've both been wounded,
Both hurt so bad,
Surely we can get back
To what we once had.
I will love you always
Whatever the outcome,
Living life without you
Leaves me feeling numb.

love,
A thin flicker of hope,
A subtle glance cast.
Momentary blindness,
A vision from the past.
A stout heart tested,
A memory so clear.
The face of an angel,
From a bygone year.
A gasping of breath,
A time to reflect.
Karma so electric,
Two souls reconnect.
Instant recognition,
And no words to say.
Lovers hand in hand,
As if were yesterday.

I stood there
wanting to find a way to reconnect
to reach inside and say the words
to touch her soul
and make her mine
She glanced my way
and looked right through me
as if I wasn’t there
when ever so casually she
tossed her sunbleached hair
off her rounded shoulders
And it was then
I wondered if she had ever cared

best friend, happiness, heart, love, passion, romance, sweet love,
Will talk in the morning and get caught up.
On things, you are doing and sip a cup.
Of hot brewing tea.
A chance to reconnect, just you and me.
There are moments when there is not enough time.
Just to relax and unwind.
To be together and feel free
Cuddling close, just you and me.
Times we spend in the car on a ride.
I look over at you with so much pride.
How did I ever find a man like you?
My admiration is eternally true.
From the moment I met you standing there.
I admired how you looked with your brown curly hair.
I could see us together having fun.
For in my eyes, you are my number one.

Dearest green mother;
Tis your godly soul brother…
Self recycled my vibration…
Synchronized to your beacon station…
Simplicity to your mystery, cycles of reincarnation…
Intelligent resource utilization…
Prevents our home degradation…
Mans being enchanted by another tangible green…
Love for money cloaks discernment from containing valued meaning…
You shake cities attempting to wake them from the poisoned apple sleep…
Eat pure from your organic skin, reverses idiocies that herd the fearful sheep…
More and more each day, numbers grow; who see rhythm from your way…
Harmony is the true course…
Reconnect from giving love back to our life source…

appreciation,
My waked hours are unending
devoured by my heartbeats
and every emotion
outward and sending
The birds know the truth
The cats are understanding
My love for you is rich
This I need no more proof
A bicycle made for two
is my life that has gone astray
Can you please come back to me
The front seat is made for you
Each day I shed my tears
a longing that never ends
Solitude for all eternity
is what I deepy fear
You can do this
forgive me of my ways
And reconnect like when we were young
this I soul heartedly wish

Forgetting the abstractions of our brains
And the scientific way in which our mind is trained
A thinking beyond the thoughts of materialism
A joyful try to connect to realism
Of the higher worlds of invisible existence
Emitting energies of unconditional love and acceptance
A deep mysterious darkness
In the realm of the world beyond
Brimming with light of hope and compassion
Waiting for our immortal part to recover its connection
To the truest deepest spiritual self in the core of glorious shine
To a universe entirely ruled by the love of divine.

love, travel,
We give the kids their souvenirs -
The t-shirts and the sheep,
A tiny bit of our vacation
That they get to keep.
These tokens are the tactile proof
That while we were away,
We thought about and missed them
Many times throughout the day.
That doesn't mean we didn't love
Our time to be ourselves,
To reconnect with former versions
Tucked high on the shelves.
A week or two to just explore
And see the world alone,
To rediscover parts of us
The grands have never known.
And so, before we make it back
To home, where we belong,
We buy some gifts to prove that they've
Been with us all along.

angel, appreciation, autumn, celebration, destiny, longing, love,
As I set my eyes upon you,
I was solely mezmorized,
Could the women of my dreams,
By chance, have now materialized?
The universe permitting,
Our paths will surely cross again,
As I set out into the sunrise,
On my mind your being has been.
The time we got to spend together,
Shortlived it may have been,
Has set my soul on fire,
Although it's not yet reached its end.
Since the day I left your side,
Your essence hasn't left my mind
We'll reconnect at some point,
For it is only a matter of time.
Stay strong my earthly angel,
I wish you nothing but the best,
If fate permits our next embrace,
Could be a sunset in the west!
For Shannon!

Some people cross our paths repeatedly in life,
They meet, part, and reconnect.
In this crowd, some people Meet us in such a way
As if it’s a bond from lifetimes past.
How does a stranger Come so close,
Without a sound, And make a home In our lives?
They say it’s a debt From past lives
That everyone Must repay.
No matter how hard we try To run away,
Nature brings us Face to face.
We cannot define Such relationships,
Yet they become An inseparable part of our lives,
Like air is to breath.
What a unique bond This is in life.

family, hope, love,
I’ve been thinking lovely thoughts of you
My heart swells with pride, growing a smile
Happy our bond blossomed after awhile
It takes some love and determination too
To weather the storms of our crazy family life
But sometimes our damaged hurt goes deep
A connection you just can’t begin to even keep
Yes, we had our tiffs that cut deep like a knife
So now I’m blessed ~ We’ve healed quite a bit
A couple years it’s been that we had to reflect
Took our time to feel deeply and reconnect
And I’m overjoyed and grateful we didn’t quit

peace,
It’s without a trace or footstep
while moving to the next step;
a difficult part, a human quest
I can’t believe it’s a magnet.
Like anybody else,
human as I am;
there’s always an experience
interpreted at all times.
It’s a magnet of being drawn
to reconnect and say “go on”
Let’s talk and share more
about our lives in total measure.
That long pregnant pause
of our friendly connections;
makes me wonder, reflect –
and be attuned again
to the core of the so-called ‘soul.’
Digging for a deeper meaning
generates the sacred answer;
to share that love in many ways,
punctuates the action in friendly relations.

Heart
is where
our desires
arise due to
nature of our self,
in incessant motion,
seeking expansion of joy
by the path of least resistance,
which is why we tend to go astray,
since our senses five, are externalised.
Finding joys fleeting, replaced by sorrow,
we go back, within, into our heart,
wherefrom our desires did arise,
choice of soul now cessation,
in thought rested stillness,
shifting to prayer
to reconnect
lower mind
with Gods
love.

lost love,
The tears are bursting from my eyes
Still choking on your spoon fed lies
From scars and pains my heart has bled
No love remains from all you said
The cold indifference in your voice
Has left me now without a choice
Our chance to reconnect is gone
It's best for me to now move on
And though I know my mood is black
I say that there's no turning back
So here I lie my eyes still red
I pray there's better days ahead

The Spirit Of Fear
Written: by Miracle Man
September 23, 2021
The spirit of fear has grown rampant today,
But fear is of the devil and not God’s way.
In life, things happen, that cause attitudes to flip,
Then from the straight and narrow we begin to slip.
We begin fearing things which we don’t understand,
to alleviate this fear we must reconnect to God’s hand.
2 Timothy 1:7
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear;
but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

BLOODSHED
HIS BLACK LIFE ON CANVAS
HIS BLACK LIFE ON PAPER
PAINTED BLACK AND RED
8
I TRIED HARD NOT TO LET
THE RED LIFE’S BLOOD SPILL
OFF THE CANVAS
8
I WANTED
TO PUT IT BACK IN HIS BODY
AND MAKE HIM WHOLE AGAIN
8
TRY TO RECONNECT WHAT WAS
LOST FOR HIS BRIEF TIME HERE
8
SO MUCH BLOOD SHED HIS LIFE
GONE GONE TOO SOON
8
WANT TO HEAL ALL HIS WOUNDS
FOR THE MOTHERS AND FATHERS
THAT HAVE LOST ONE
8
WHO CAN’T PICK UP THE PIECES
AND START AGAIN

I TRIED HARD NOT TO LET
THE RED LIFE’S BLOOD SPILL
OFF THE CANVAS

I WANTED
TO PUT IT BACK IN HIS BODY
AND MAKE HIM WHOLE AGAIN

I smear my mark,
fingertips
tentatively stroke,
nothing is in vain,
beneath plasma
ever faint
eternal streams of
hope and faith
Never regretting,
but ever forgetting
forgiveness with love
in hand
reconnect the circle,
what started history’s past
now,
cannot remember
to regret
Reaching
to touch mysteries,
the future
has yet to forget,
it flamed
out of reach
in the wonders
yet to come,
and given
the gift of patience,
in a time that forgot
to breathe
A steady heartbeat echos
aching to inhale
