They Walk Amongst Us

They walk amongst us, but in silent ways, spreading peace and love without any praise. When thunder roars and lightning strikes in rain they watch over us, healing bleeding pain. Yet we do not see their celestial light, nor do they shed feathers within our sight. Happy to hide behind unknown faces, empathy guides them to deprived places. Heal and soothe, they prevent tears from flowing, touch our hearts to leave our spirits glowing. From Sydney to London, Rome to Bombay, provide moments that take our breath away Their acts of grace form a ripple effect, kind gestures that help people to connect.

Critical Liaisons

A poets dream, she'll seduce with her eyes, pens will desire to praise her charming guise, but be cautious, she'll treat you like her book, explore each chapter with her detailed look. Drain your ink, smoking pages in to fire, drink your spirit like blood thirsty vampire. But now it seems she may have met her match, a poet who's heart, she's struggling to snatch. He holds scriptures, she's never read before, each musing, leaves her yearning to feel more. A heart breaker, who gives no man a chance, dream maker, who leaves women in a trance. A modern day Samson and Delilah - spiritual soulmate who could tame her.

Sonnet 28 'I Think I Know the Name of Purity'

I think I know the Name of Purity,
It is Your Name -- it holds clear water well!
A Chalice carved almost to shattering,
A white rose, that alone, grows in the dell
With drops of ice adorning its still face
The warmth of heart that comes with falling snow
The few flakes that adorn your lashes, by grace
Delightful cold that creeps up from below
Loquacity that speaks only the Truth,
Amazed by every small, delightful thing
Ubiquitous praise and unbroken Youth
Right Trust, that gave your finger to the Ring
Inevitable Joy, and whispered Love
E'er faithful, that this all is from Above.

Breaking Bad

Breaking Bad

Criminals
dance with slum lords
they shed fake tears
victims they shout
from Ivory towers

Mock and attack
they of dark cloth and deceit
possesses no real God
they whoreship only their prey
living by night not day

Some even screech praise untowards
sick is the mind who follows
dead morals and upended graves
they really are the bully's slaves
Yet their churches pew is full

Criminals all
singing love songs
sewing fear and anger
no wonder God got fed up
evicting them one and all

- What A Beautiful Morning -

~ A candle that burns with true love - is hard to extinguish ~
                                   quote by poet

The brief night with the sweetness of musk aroma
Wake up at dawn with a song of praise on rosy lips
A heavenly calm, gilded as never before
She can feel his breath and they have sworn an oath

Quiet as the fireflies, heart beats under the thin blouse
How pure and gorgeous, the sunlight envelops the earth
An impassioned sigh in the flush of innocence
Spectrum of love is unrestricted - it is far to the bottom in a well

Please Give Me Wings

Wash my heart and make it clean
Remove the grime from where it's been

Take my idle hands make them yours
Use them to open holy doors

My cracked lips long to sing your praise
Be my Mistro the rest of my days

Guide my calloused feet along your path
I wish to know Love and not your wrath

Take my arms place them around the poor
Help me realize I need less not more

Plant your precious thoughts in my mind
Change me from selfish, make me kind

let me see your face with my eyes
Remove my ignorance make me wise

Apart from you I cannot be whole
Thank's for this reconditioned soul

One day my life will end, I know it's true
Please give me wings, so I can fly to you

Winter (Do Not Forget Among the Loss of Flowers) Me

winter
do not forget among the loss of flowers
me
beneath your death of snow

do not forget that bird of sun
the trees gave down there bending branches
to light the grass where love made little flowers

do not forget my love
the lights most fragile gift the sky
bowed low to give a blushing praise
to the joyful dance of star and moon

do not forget the nesting hope of spring
the freed sparrow of your fingers
the silence more deep then words

remember me in the summerless field
the slender moment bereft of rain
before life and you became

King Arthur the Great

It’s all about me!
It’s all about me
I am the King sitting in the tree

It’s all about me
It’s all about me
I am clapping my hands with such glee

My subjects love me as is my due
The Royal court loves me, yes them too!
King Arthur I am, Ruler of all realms in the land

It’s all about me
It’s all about me
I am the wisest King to ever be!

Hoist ye drinks and sing me praise
The Ale-house is full, its a King Arthur craze!
Its all about me, the Poet King reciting, loud and free

It’s all about me
It’s all about me
Guinevere knows my kiss is for she!

You Live In Me

I shall live in your legend to make
A new spirit now wholly begotten;
For in death, your memory will not forsake
Those words in my soul that are not forgotten.
Your face glows immortal in my heart to save
Even me, for I go too where all must die;
When I would sleep alone in a silent grave
With my love entombed, there you lie.
Your memory will be my triumphant verse
Which my mind has not created yet to read;
And a voice will sing of you to rehearse
Words of praise when the world must heed.
In me you live by the touch of my pen
And I breathe in you through the mouths of men.

A Tribute To the Highlander

His talent as a Bard explodes
From an exquisite mind it flows
Through an instrument of script
Flooding parchment reverberating
Through the psyche creating waves
Reaching the far ends of the universe

Words of truth deep sentiment flourish
Propelling legitimate personal emotions
Giving due praise to brave loyal and true
To God nature his love and fellow Bards and
The magnificent highlands he loves so well
Always uplifting inspiring and sharing

Accept this tribute from an amateur a friend
With gratitude for reading commenting for
Being just who you are, The Highlander

A Noteworthy Passion

I wonder if a human heartbeat sings
Will lonely people witness perfect song
As Passion plays upon these lovely strings
What noteful kisses capture can't be wrong

Young bodies merging into blissful tone
She succumbs to his perfect passion pitch
True heartfelt music crushes even stone
The harmony of love makes them feel rich

Rise lovers pleasured treble heating air
Young dancers moving slowly within beat
A trumpet playing fuelling what they share
Each movement foretold in a music sheet

Praise lover's anthem written in the song
Yes music as a heartbeat beating strong

Be Still

Be still and know that God is with you.
Be still and know His love is real.
Be still and know your Heavenly Father,
Feels every joy and pain you feel.

Be still and let God's love enfold you.
Be still and know His perfect peace.
Be still and know God is all-sufficient,
His grace and mercy will never cease.

Be still and know that God is for you.
Be still and know you're not alone.
Be still and know He'll ne'er forsake you.
He knows your name - you are His own.

Be still and know that God is holy.
Be still and learn His righteous ways.
Be still and know that God is worthy,
To receive our worship and our praise.

Christmas Waltz

Soft
songs in
tunes
know of
Christ child's love
in praise
that
pure dear
notes were sung,
as Kings bend low
with gifts of
gold and
oils
to bless
God's sweet son.
Christmas,
we
share His
love.

Heartfelt Thanks

Heartfelt are my thanks for all the blessings ever flowing in, out and through my life. I feel fortunate for each go-round with strife that arrived to design my soul’s truth dressings. My humbled breath streams awe when I feel His touch upon my grateful soul, heart, thoughts and actions. With love, He guides my steps to divine traction and lifts fear-based, stinking thinking from my clutch. I am delighted when harmony fills my home where family memories grow, glow and unfold. My simple life prospers me more than bars of gold. My soul greets days with heart-praise wherever I roam.

A Prayer For the Elderly

I prayed today for the elderly
They long to hear for you to say
Words of love and words of praise
With acts of kindness they once gave.

And if you’re going by their way
They’d like for you to stop and pay
A visit where you both can play
Disregard what you may.

Before their heads they shall lay
At night before the sun and it’s ray
When they bow their heads as they pray
Praying you and everyone will be okay.

In This Land

In this land there is a mighty voice that can
sing a mighty song.

Often it is a song of I don’t belong and all sort
of other things that are wrong.

This mighty voice can herald itself in the
grateful praise of being strong.

All while asking what else is to be spawn in a
struggle to do no wrong.

Should it be we shall live in all eternal
knowing wrong being strong.

It is God’s place to be so strong and
to know all wrong.

So it is in praise to him we should knell as we
spawn our grateful song.

There is one more thing in his Love
eternal song

We all belong.

Evening Storm

I pray as storm and night duet,
a dance amidst a choir of rain.
wrung clouds strum strong and passionate
to cart away my deepest pain.
In every grand, thunderous note,
God’s loving heart beats in my soul.
Across the darkness, lightning floats,
to heaven skyward, I extol.
Winds sing with love blown rhythmically
just like sweet-sounding nightingales.
Clear sheets of rain course through lithe trees
bending to meet the river dale.
Then soft comes dawn, I praise the storm
in gleam of misty earth transformed.

Welcome September

Welcome September with a brand new moon
New and exciting beginnings occur
Planting new seeds to fulfill new fruit soon
Falling in love with autumn cool breeze stir

Life elegance to be September trees
Sounds of strumming strings unfurl brittle limbs
Fall breeze a soothing kiss of amber leaves
Enchanting they fall round and round with wings

Fickle gaiety among festive days
Departing summer amid cooler nights
My spirit’s pureness admires and sings praise
The last of harvest corn dollies delights

Remember September as Fall enters
Surrendering to hints of cool winter

Whisper Allouette

Whisper sweetly, dear,
secrets I would hear,
loving tones my worn heart craves;
softly let them sing
like an angel's wings
gently fall and rise in praise.

Hover like a dove,
covering with love;
nectar from the lilies bleed.
Lie beside of me,
feeding, tenderly,
whispers to my heart's deep need.

Born of His Spirit

My life has been a winding road
of circumstance and clutter.
Yet my Savior takes my load
smoothes my soul like butter.

I dedicate my life to Him;
it's the least that I can do.
For He fills my cup to the rim
with mercy and rapture too.

He loves me even when I'm small
while His love washes me.
With Jesus I feel ten feet tall;
forgiven,clean and free.

I shall praise Him all day long.
I'm wrapped up in His love.
To Him I'll sing my victory song
and dwell with Him above.

The Red Rose

A pure red rose I send to you
It carries love from me
Believe in all you know to be true
The rose will bloom eternally .

Its fragrance forever will allure
The petals will be as soft as lace
Keep it safe and forevermore
True love you will embrace .

Every morning when you open your eyes
You will feel contented bliss
Your heart a whirl of butterflies
As my loving rose you kiss .

Safely in your bible pressed
My rose was in heaven made
Feel the warmth of gods caress
The rose of love will never fade .

Bask in the glory of forever
Give praise to god above
Let us march through this life together
Sharing the red rose of true love.

Sunflower

Happily, she sways,
Seeking gods praise,
Warmth from his blaze,
Inferno of heat,
Golden rays shine,
Her energy and strength,
Reaches high,
Winning her prize,
Yellow sunflower,
Huge petals, bathe
Celebrating her love,
Searching for light
Lifting spirits,
Cheerful and bright
What a beautiful sight
Standing so tall,
Rejoicing choir joins in,
Worship begins.

Jesus Call His Name

When in doubt
Call his name
When in pain
He will take it away

Call his name
When you say a Prayer
If your sad and blue
He is there for you

If you want a hug
He will embrace you
If you want to talk
He will listen

Call his name
If you want answers
If you have doubts
He is the one

Call his name
If you want someone to love
Sing to him
Give him praise

Lend a ear
Give a hand
Help those in need
Call his name
