Ode To Trevor

We'd really like to thank you
i'm sure you left it here with love,
it really was so kind of you
but we didn't want your bug.

We thought you'd like to know
we really felt the pits
we thought of you quite often
when we had the squits.

Next time you come to visit
please leave your bugs at home,
'cause, when you bring them with you
they sure do like to roam.

So next time that we see you
I hope you come alone,
you can bring Rosie and Katie
but leave your bugs at home.

Fire

From death exudes the acrid breath of Hell
in burning pyres of rosined timbers' blaze.
Return to me where passion's fires dwell
enchanted by the light of your sweet gaze.

I can't endure through life's infernal pain,
without your love, no, nothing can remain,
so burn my soul to soot in hearths of char
and cast each lonely ash to pits of tar.

I know in truth I'm not the one you need.
Emotions smolder deep in fiery night
to have you here just feels so real and right
but if you leave my heart will surely bleed.

You beast, now burn my bones in flames of coal,
your flames of fire will never touch my soul.

Where I'M From

I’m from dirt covered knees
and sweaty faces
I’m from playing in the sun
from dawn ‘til dusk
I’m from “being one of the guys”
playing sports in the mud pits of our backyards
I’m from striving to fit in
I’m from making mistakes
and learning from the consequences
I’m from going to parties
and staying out late
I’m from a shaky past
with an unknown future
I’m from turning the bad into good
I’m from being the best I can be
and working hard to succeed
I’m from a family of survivors
supporting them through their fight with cancer
I’m from never giving up
on something you love

Blood Ties

BLOOD TIES O Brother mine, aeons, we bathe in fiery pits; epochs, you quench your thirst, from my wells of wisdom… Broken by the mallet of Creation, away you went. Then came you. Likewise, your seed… Centuries you’ve suck me dry. Your nests glitter with my blood, atop my remains, your rivers flow. My seed dammed to the Throne… Bronze shackles, you gave! As cousin Arabia fuels your rage, Rage, rage, rage… As for in time you’ll kneel. And forgive I shall, for your sins are mine. O Brother mine. Timeless clocks, bring us together. As in fiery pits, we bathe. Our Seeds will bear fruit, Love and Peace… As to dust we wither.

Heaven Is a World

In getting into a conclusive unit

We may need a saturated balloon

From what we have got is far from accepting

Those who insisted beyond lying pits.

Dear men under siege, from back and forth

who face scratching soil and the scorching sun

Yet have to account for what they have earned.

Who will call who into justice burst forth.

Heaven must have been right reward for them.

But libido instilled in them a love

Of touch, riches, mantle, mansion and fame

Waved their fat claimed hope, achievements... But tough.

No amount of clarion call to guidance
Will stay their world, if they won't be guided.

Hell

Kiss goodbye dawn of unwaken brutal sanity of life, eaten alive by the likes of a terrorizing
heart, scorched in the valley of agony, taking a road to the pits of fire, awaiting the beast to
take hold the soul of crying anger, left in self lonesome, odds where turned against a weeping
dove of prey, losing eyes of an angel, runnning to find greatness in a strangers wraping arms,
meeting darkness with a welcome.

Lovelorn

Restless awakening behoves my mood
Unrelated, deep dragging thoughts conspire
Surely, my love's doubt of me misconstrudes
Why, my confessions of love all aspire

Depressingly, the day stretches ahead
Twelve hours, 720 minutes
Each passes, so.... slowly, I am so sad
Wrestling my inner demons, life's the pits

Her vision swims... no longer can resist
A text, I cannot believe one from her!
Reciprocate, by return, she does insist
Her love intact, she wants me to concur

To text..... dare I show again - to be dashed
No......what a bummer, internet has crashed!

Forbidden To Me

Forbidden To Me

I groan flat footed
my love
For your witches brew I drank
Those words
you wrote
goblins sink
not me

For your
broomstick's journey
through our house
of no love
crimped
my hopes

Still
I'm tickled by your pinks

Your lips
I phantom
singing a sweet melody
your song
spawning
blue skies
forbidden to me

To my lonely eyes
a sighting of you
a longing
a few words
forbidden to me

A sadness I emit
my love
a groan
from pits of my hell
Yet
lending of your ears
a forbidden apple for me

I admit
... to the core
in the wake
of your forbidden spells on me
I would take a bite, my love

A Wonderous Virtue

I have had my heart torn to pieces
From inexplicable pain and devotion,
Sown seeds of trust and reaped distrust,
I have gardened it, in dry stormy deserts and in green plains,
And garnered nixes as deserved and underserved,
I have grown fonder in loneliness, yet attached,
Earned pain and immortal reminiscence,
I have had mine broken, as I may have broken others,
Reaped a share of emotional intoxication,
I have let my passion flow, into bottomless pits,
Yet, in all this madness, I find no wondrous virtue,
Than to love, be it in the rains or in the suns,
Inconsiderate of its start or its end.

Love Uncorrupt

Love divine uncorrupt how for thee I do yearn,
For without are skanks, thiefs, and many a whoremonger,
Who birthed from the pits of hell drag many an angel down.
Shall I die alone ere I find that one pure love,
Since I refuse to rot in this debauchery
That drowns our waking days in a hopeless darkness
That leads many astray from seeking love sincere
And attempts in the dark to replace love with lust?
Whether I wait for love or join the debauched world,
A lone death are my odds, though strong I feel hope nigh
That my love I shall meet, together fore'er be.

Forever Strong

It was love at first sight when you walked into my life. Holding my hand and showing me who I am. You stole my heart while mending my soul. From the pits of hell where the devil casted his spell. We grew close when life threw its curves. We held on from dusk to dawn. And here we are forever strong.

Hell Is Her

Hell isn't magma pits and fire.
It's hazel eyes and a crooked smile.
With a laugh that could drown out every scream.
Hell is "I love you" spoken from those beautiful lips,
Knowing every syllable is a lie.
Hell is wanting her touch,
Her taste,
Her smell.
Hell is believing every word
"I missed you"
"I love you"
"I'll never let you go"
Hell is.. Her.

You Touched Me

You Touched Me ( Sharon's Acrostic)

Time, at some point, will be no more; and thus unable to heal all my wounds.
Out of my afflictions and pain, when time has demised, I shall still sing and arise.
Up from the caves and pits of a bewildered life, I shall never again be afraid.
Caught before I fell; caressed when I called; shielded behind your strong walls.
Happy and free am I, and touched by an angel; you carried me along on your wings of love.

Suppose

Suppose we could all know--
know the the truth of all,
the reality behind the
cunning semblances.
We'd no longer be fooled
by delusions, by our egos,
led astray by our fears,
tricked by false promises
and cheap desires.

We would become like
knowing gods, all
discerning, careful to
avoid the myriad traps
humans so easily fall into:
the pits of ignorance,
the the tombs of denial--
death is the price of that!

Yet all the wisdom of God
and the Universe would still
not sate us if, as the Man
said, we have not love....

You'Re Everything

I hate the fact that you've hurt me
You've burdened me
From the pits of Hell I scream in flames
I hate the fact that you left me
You scarred me
In my rage I was blinded to your games
Most of all, more than anything
I hate it that I love you
And you're everything I hate

Promises Kept

Promises made.
Mine kept.
Yours forever broken.
Second chances given.
Learned to keep,
my heart locked tight.
Guarded with torches
of fire lit lanterns.
Black tarry pits around it.
Shielded from your,
broken promises.
Second chances.
I no longer have the
energy to try.
You told me forever.
I so foolish.
A woman scorned from
past loves.
Trusting you was easy.
My soul, my heart, my spirit
given freely.
You took them all.
Threw me into the pits
of hell.

The Valley of Souls

The valley of souls is not where you want to be.
Where the blood well be six feet deep, this is when the world will end and the souls in the valley will not win.
But they will find the pits of hell and burn within. So climb on the mountain stand on solid ground. Let Jesus love shine throw his blood and into his might land

Rays of Love

Love is like sunshine,
Engulfing all in it's rays.
Casting light so divine
And setting hearts ablaze.

It's source you cannot behold.
For no eye can penetrate
That light of pure gold,
Which many have failed to imitate.

It's rays enlighten all.
Breaking over hearts and crowns of stone,
Into valleys and pits they fall
Leaving none alone.

Bathing all in rays so warm
Causing gentle reform.

Jesus Keep's Giving

Jesus keep’s giving to this world.
And soul’s just keep leaving Him behind.
Like a piece of trash on the side of the road.
Don’t giving there soul’s a chance to see heaven above .
Jesus road was so much different and so predestined,
that he let us kill him so ever soul can be saved.
The pits of hell is not the placed to rested ones soul.
for Jesus gave his love and compassion to us all .
he gave us away to enter in to his father home.
Because Jesus keep’s giving .

Shattered Hearts

Unhealthy relationships are like trash pits
And the heart’s thrown in like rotten meat,
No room for abuse spit
As you even stay calm and sit.
It all begins when two meet,
Either looking neat,
In every aspect of the kit.
Opens your heart and it’s mysteriously lit,
Stirs in you a sensational heat,
Sad, look now has she has left it,
Cold and lifeless, like you were her target hit.

Fury Within

I hold within my grip
Whose alive and who is dead
I treat others fairly
My pendulum sways both ways
If they deserve my loyalty
Forever I will be a friend
If they deserve to chopping block
Than off with there heads
Some I toss out as scraps
Those who chose to deceive me badly
But the ones who stand by me faithfully
Will be forever welcomed in my golden palace
Do unto others
As you would have done unto you
It's a virtue I hold grandly
It's a saying I understand oh to well
I really am a loving soul
With lots of love to give
But if you tempt my fury inside
Than it's the pits of hell you'll get

May this strife please cease to be
Before my life is end by thee
Take this pain, please, take it all
Before i plunge and take the fall
The pits are deep and dark at best
There my body will finally rest
Sands of times eternal flow
Please, my love, i wish to show
My story i wish to write
Hoping it is not a fright
The man i long for, i can't seem to speak
My body is probably too weak
My tongue is tied
My heart is ripped
And still too afraid to take the trip
