A Shining Star

"a shining star"
a shining star you shall always be a jewel in the cosmos that I see like the snow that glistens white like the moon that shines bright you bring out the best in me
when you stand before the ocean blue feel a gentle embrace intended just for you when you see a pearl or shell in the sand know it is me taking you by the hand know your heart and soul will renew
a grand piano or a single guitar a source of strength from afar with words that I have none to give with hope and love may light live a shining star is what you are

Hyacinth Hymn of Healing

In a hyacinth bed of seven stars, winter fairies waltz in pearl elegance~ a token of faith engrossed amidst scars, while skies drizzle rain in fruity essence. Angel of sleep seeks through frost's icy thorn, fallen feathers soar towards jasmine moon, when lotus light within soul is reborn, listen to the tree of life sigh and croon. Somewhere between daisy dusks and rose dawns, seeds of sun unfurl promises in gold, sowing herbs of hope across sequined lawns. In the realm of healing, love I behold.

From the Deepest Caves One Name Echoed

Smiling hotly you're the flame captured underneath
burning with a sunrise golden gleam frosted

Sparkling within dewdrops crystals crash
over oceans waves rise and fall to grace

At your feet adoring they kiss salt saluting promise
kneeling upon the sand footprints hold ground held

Those inside one thousand memories wrapped forever
perfect jewel you are the pearl of a deep sea always crowned

Lustre of one rainbow washed clean cut perfect flower
white lily from the heart of love you brought peace

Pearl of a Great Price

Dancing with the sunbeams deep sea reflections
so beautiful adoring on cloud nine sitting pretty
upon golden sands shifting salt of the ocean turns

Each wave a blessing in disguise
standing regal one moment in time
looking back captivating starlight was born

Mirrors mist over arched jewels colour radiance
fixing thoughts on an image beholding your word
no diamond ever cut comes close to you

I Do Not Love You Like the Crescent Moon

I do not love you like the crescent moon
majestically erupting into a star filled night
nor do I love you like the pearl painted swan
gliding effortlessly across a pristine pond

Fear not for I do most certainly love you -

But my love is more like a cool crisp apple
one succulent bite bringing sustenance to life
My love lives in our fresh laundered linens
dried in the comforting winds blowing off the sea

My love is here
My love is now
It is in everything I touch
It is in everything I Do

I may not love you like the luster melting hearts
glistening off a ten carat diamond ring
but you can be sure my love lives daily
in my every breath and my every dream

Seaside Love

On our skin gleams pearl white sand
in the sheen of setting sun.
From sea deep as our love - come
waves caressing land.

Kaleidoscope Eyes

My eyes, some days, a flirty blue,
wink cerulean skies at you.
Let’s dally in sun’s gilded rays.
A flirty blue, my eyes - some days.

At evening time my eyes flash bright
as emeralds in sultry night.
Come bathe with me in passion’s clime.
My eyes flash bright at evening time.

Romantic eyes, with whisper of
soft lavender for one I love.
In gossamer, I’ll mesmerize
with whisper of romantic eyes.

In early morn, a green, pearl-gray
reflects your face in velvet day.
This placid hue my eyes were born-
a green, pearl-gray in early morn.

(My eyes actually change color with the contact lenses I choose to wear

When Darkness Falls

At night rapscallions in my head
Refuse the coal that scorches dread

And peace, however light the touch
Calms the seas where dragons rush

The crescent moon, my dreams aglow
With love so pure, pearl ivy grows

Hurried heart that once sought fame
Must kindle hope née shatter shame

Above the sky where angels dwell
My pealing bark in prayer reveals

A moment filled with His relief
When light grows dim

             doth vanquish

                                Grief

Slowly Dying

I'm overcome with grief
as I slowly die inside.
They tell me this is normal,
and everything will be alright.

I can't seem to eat a meal,
or close my eyes to dream.
All I visualize is your face,
then accidentally scream.

I can't seem to leave my home,
whats the point anyways?
Without you standing by my side
life is nothing but a waste.

Maybe soon enough I'll join you,
as I slowly die inside.
When I finally enter the gates of pearl
everything will be alright.

Covenant of Love

he looks at her eyes
butterflies surf dreams within
strolling twilight beach

shooting stars make wish
Prince wakes up serene Snow White
something melts the night

stream of passion flows
non stop chimes of Cupid choir
crystallizing breath

backdrop of embrace
pearl in heart of oyster blooms
covenant of love

You are
By far

My girl
A pearl

I fell
Pell mell

For you
To woo

First kiss
Pure bliss

Asked thee

Be bride
My pride

Said yea
Great day

Next thing
A ring

Now wife
For life

Three kids
Grandkids

She died
I cried

Swinging Stars

What
is the
neon mauve
moon without trails
of twinkling twilight stars that swing in skies?
Perhaps, memories are just fluorescent
leaves that sing in
lifeline-ink
of the
past,
stained
with pearl-
pastels of
present seconds,
pulsating heartbeats without 'You and I'.

Dear Juliet

Dear Juliet is on her balcony - awash in moonlight. Do you see her there? Her form - how graceful, and her face - how fair! She is a pearl which night stole from the sea and placed beneath the stars to spellbind me! Behold the luster of her auburn hair. The sun has set, bright red, and yet I’d swear it lingers in her long locks so fiery! How fortunate am I in that the Fates have given me the love of Juliet, for she’s a gem while I am but a stone. And see how patiently this goddess waits. She has her pick of any suitor. . . yet she’s chosen me and waits for me alone!

Gracious Damsel

I wonder whether this is love or lust,
If rain reigns in the day or dark night,
Confused as I lay low without foresight,
My soul sails through the sea of metal rust,
Clean my lens and brush my hair just to adjust,
Hoping to see my diamond shine so bright,
This passion can`t be hidden but brought to light,
as I look at the sky to know who to trust.

Heaven smiles at me as my joy abound,
This reminds one that shinning stars are few,
Knowing that goodness and bliss will be found,
I walk towards my pearl for the time is due,
Her beauty and traits spin many heads around,
For her benevolence you have to take a queue.

- Gentle Wings -

Grief can swallow you
Soft tears of love from your heart
                                          Memories to keep
Pearl drops falling from the sky
                                         Eternity has no end

Fall Down Together Love

Ruby all boils down
to you in every dream hot
one vision cannot shake free

Visiting center
nerve glows of everlasting
beauty flowering blossoms

Singing jewel gem
voice of a sweet angel kiss
eyes faraway mystery

Rose your soft petals
touch the deepest chambers
swept away ocean tides wave

Pearl of the deep sea
crowning queen between two
shells holding such rare color love
embracing ring one daisy

Smiling Love

In sweet tenderness sweeping inside echoes moans turn tides
the sun warmly whispers joy your a pleasant delight
touching softly amber with your finger rays runs deep

Wind caressing the brow speaks within gentle love chains pearl drops fall
looking into distant clouds heart murmurs beat faster skipping
silver to white puffy grey smoking sighs surrender sweetly

Magic smiling gently in the blue Heaven's a golden signal beams
larks singing merrily an enchanting tune holds captivating the air
in a circle of light honey, it's softly held on the warm glow upon your face

Candy Horse Vs Dark Kid

The center of a star reflects just like a diamond...
Returning a pearl within each silver breath that one treasures...
With faceted panels, I promised I'd never...
Sweep over a deep sea of blue waves unmeasured...

There is a pattern woven inside golden petals that kiss the inside of my heart...
Parts of my heart that I've thus' failed to start...
With soft fingers dancing, you're forever entrancing...
My star that's eternally far...

You Fill My Bowl

My dearest love who makes me whole
Fills drafty places in my soul
Where grief and sorrow left a hole
Your loving ladle fills my bowl

Each loving touch removes a trace
of painful scars that mark a place
where hateful love seared every space
Sad, broken life and battered face

Your love a rare and precious pearl
New hope and joy we will unfurl
Forever blessed, my heart's a whirl
Transcends all pain poured on this girl

A Poem For Pearl

May you fall, so you may rise
May your horizons surpass your skies
May your future fill your eyes
May you make mistakes that make you wise
May your laughs outnumber your cries
May you wear your beauty, undisguised
May you stumble, so you may sympathize
May love take you by surprise
May you catch the light of fireflies
May your dreams flower to full size
May you hear your song - and harmonize.

Loving Pearl Softly Singing Through the Ink

An artist paints a picture out of darkness
from the seven colours of sunshine's sparkle

Divine beauties bridge over this promise made real
ocean waves unfolding white steeds galloping to shore

Kissed by the sand salted footprints remain begging
as the stream flows down a mountain faced horizon

Echos bounce within deep caves whispering winds lament
currents move tides caressing the sea fragrance

Pearls

A pearl is not found in every oyster
Only ones that endure a grit that comes to fester
Slowly its lacquered and covered with shiny plaster
It takes grit and time and no way to do it faster
And the grit is the start of the pearl of luster

Consider every grit that comes into your life
Cover with love and forgive every strife
For you will encounter irritating grits rife
Solve them with mediation and not with a knife
Make Lovely pearls and brighten every life

Treasure Shining

A silver creeping mist
falling one cloud
capping the mountain

Like a great waterfall
in a faraway distance
I began dreaming gold

Inside the vision silver fingers
pointing out spears slowly
crumbling forward

Embracing one pure gift
relic treasure memory of love
Warm sweet glowing jewel in deep beauty
Happiness inside shining diamond
joy beaming your sunshine baby a star
lighting one gem brightly dazzles a pearl

I drew with a 6/stepping up waves to 9 syllable count then we reach cloud 9/9/9 10 is the perfect ending 10 out of 10 a mad way I am trying to draw a jewel

Awakening Sunshine Morning

In loving warm tenderness
outside crystalised dew
reflecting rainbow colors shine
shining frosted glitter sparkling love
beautiful upon the ground

Looking towards a blue sky
brushed with pearl white clouds
Dreaming in a plane's vapor trail
destiny calling within a path
golden sun warm smiles touching deep
mixed with bird songs magic appears

A fresh cool December breeze blowing
caressing the brow, thoughts baby
whispering winds sings out in one union
rising up from the chimneys, smoke signals
Silver dancing wisps in warm turf fire
trailing down the valley

My Pearl

i will show you the

pearls of my heart

place them inside

the shell of your love

feed you the grains

of my tenderness

form a new stone

treasure of happiness

i will open the armor

that protects your fear

polish the white gem

that has grown within

let me wash you in

the streams of my soul

cleanse the sands of doubt

a precious pearl

taken from the

waters of uncertainty

i will cherish your

beauty forever
