Love is something that you are

funny, life, love, on work and working, people, social, sympathy,
I’m really amazed by
Romeo the great lover
who boasted his greatness
of loving my friend Tess.
Oh, Gee! How hard it is
for him to display his trademark
of love, for her
in the presence of his wife.

angst, confusion, girlfriend-boyfriend, loss, lost love, love, passion, sad, me,
What happened to you?
You used to be so sweet.
The one and only guy,
My eyes would ever meet.
You were my man,
Once upon a time.
Giving me flowers,
And sweet valentines.
Now all I know,
Is you deserted me.
Won’t look me in the eyes,
And talk right on key.
You’ve become so cruel,
And I loved you so.
So this Valentines Day,
I’ll try to let you go.
From deep in my heart,
and deep in my brain.
All the memories we shared,
Will forever remain.
That I cant forget
My love is too strong
So this Valentines Day
I’ll try to move on.

WINGED WARRIOR INDEED
^WW^ is also a jigger
They don't come any better
He jigs from dusk to dawn
He's a real 'go-getter'
His many friends love him dearly
Especially Curtis and Charlie
A bond of love and friendship
Like bikers love their Harley

lost love,
She loved the skylark
And she loved the grub
She didn't love me
Therein lie the rub
I penned her sonnet
On scented paper
She set it aflame -
Vanished in vapor

lust, passion,
The white-hot passion
between them, their love affair
Now tantamount to
A candle's moribund flame...
dirty dancing in the feeble wind
struggling to reignite to no avail
Flickering, then dying out.
Erosion of lust is to blame.

I love my earless cat-a-moints.
She wears a pink knitted beret.
To hide her lack of ear-filled points.
Cute on her head though every day.
She has a clever hearing aide.
Usually refuses to wear it.
A haughty little parlor maid.
Ignores me ‘til I can barely bear it.

ONE FINE DAY

one fine day
middle of the morrow
two lovers fell out
had a quarrel
O their sadness
O their sorrow
Kissed, made up
Babies followed

Holiday Love
As winter takes hold
This time of the year
The holidays help
To spread love and cheer
The lamp lights aglow
snow covers the ground
our families close-
all hearts safe and sound

Helping us to always start

Teaching me to be smart

Love, I’ll always be a part
