The Supreme Source -POTD

The center of energy resides in my heart Wherein the seed of divinity shant ever depart Their joy's root anchors firmly, yet lightly In my I AM presence it shines ever brightly The Trinity is embodied in three glorious plumes Blue, yellow, and pink; It's grand sacred rooms Of Power and Wisdom and Eternal Love Father, Son, Holy Spirit; on earth and above The Threefold Flame I humbly seek To arrive at last to the spiritual peak With elation I fulfill my reason to be The Liberty Flame! My soul's eyes can now see At long last I've completed my life's fated course As my soul splendidly weds the One Supreme Source

Noah Counting Love

.

    I woke this morning
       yes this morning
and felt the warmth of love
      ‘pon mine forehead
           and my face
           and my ears
           and my nose

      I woke this morning
         yes this morning
and heard the warmth of love
     close to mine forehead
            and my face
            and my ears
            and my nose

      I woke this morning
         yes this morning
and heard his words of love
       “Don’t worry Pops
  I washed my fingers before
I counted the wrinkles on your
               forehead
               your face
               your ears
            and your nose"

Empty

A life moves on
The empty space
A vacancy
The smile missed face

The heartfelt ache
The hopeful joy
Of knowing birds
Must wings deploy

The silent cloak
Of no-one there
Is draped on shoulders
Poised to bear

A voice, a note
Would lift the heart
Small gesture to
The soul impart

Some comfort
In the knowing that
The gloss of memory
Not turned to matte

For vibrant is
The emptiness
Highlighting your
Full presence, yes

And more
Despite the heartache burn
It waits with Love
For your return

Praise Him

PRAISE HIM

SUN SHINING, BIRDS SINGING
TO GOD OUR PRAISES WE'RE BRINGING
THIS IS A WONDERFUL DAY
AS WE FOLLOW JESUS ON THE NARROW WAY
HIS LOVE FOR US IS ALL AROUND
IN THE AIR AND ON THE GROUND
LOOK AT ALL HIS CREATION AND SEE
HE DID IT ALL FOR YOU AND ME
HE EVEN GAVE HIS LIFE ON A TREE
JUST SO YOU AND I FROM SIN COULD BE FREE
SO LET'S PRAISE HIM WITH THE HEAVENLY HOST
LET'S ALL PRAISE FATHER, SON, AND HOLY GHOST

The Fallen Lamb

The fallen Lamb is a saint that has fallen out of God’s grace.
But God still has mercy for them, love which Is unseen.
The fallen lamb only needs to repent and get back up .
letting the holy spirit do the rest, the fallen lamb can be healed.
With the grace and love of the father, son and holy spirit,
Which stays inside, them even after they fall, The fallen lamb is never, out of God’s reach or love.
The fallen lamb only needs to pray.
To get the devil off their back, out of their heart, the fallen lamb will find the strength to pick up their cross and carry on by God’s mighty love.

A Visit With My Dad

On hands and knees brown leaves were brushed away
My fingers traced his name engraved in stone
The birds remind me how the years have flown
As tears of shame and guilt fell where he lay

My mind looked in my heart for words to say
"You are the wisest man I've ever known
Before your death our conflicts were atoned
But void inside my heart has not decayed

I taught my children values which we shared
And looked after my mother like you asked
The pain I caused you still makes me feel sad
I just want you to know that I still care

My love for you still lives though you have passed
If you can hear me now, I miss you dad."

A Great Man

You've worked so hard to make ends meat
You've sacrificed a lot to make sure that we got an education

You've made many bad decisions in the past but I know it was all in good intentions

You've always been there for us and you never left
You made sure that we had a warm meal and a blanket on our chest

You've shown your strength even in times of weakness
I admire your courage, you're full of ambition

For all your sacrifices I may not be able to repay you
But to make you proud I intend to do

I appreciate you for all that you've done
I pray you are granted long life from the One up above

You are a great man
Father I love you

The Only Girl

Hey Son, I wrote this to warn you
In your whole life, many girls are coming through
You might have only girl to love her much over
But you have to remember that do not hurt your mother
She is my only girl too...

My Two Sons

My flesh and blood
refused to follow me
refused the notion of the flood
fought for right, not for me

Duty served
country proud
Now we two sons confess
we have transitioned to the dress

Father hid all the witnesses
to the truth of his two creations
from the watchtower he decried
the beauty, compassion and love

all he derides

Rhythm of the Rain

The rhythm of the rain
In sync with my heart
Falling slowly against the pane
Tells a story of so many days apart

I feel them on my face
Slowly and softly they flow
A warm bittersweet embrace
One not felt since long ago

Replenishing life on earth
Scouring away the pain
Bringing about new birth
Each one a memory to remain

Of life and a bond of love
Laughter from days long gone
Now falling silently from above
Something I always depended on

Angels crying in their ethereal plane?
No, these tears are my own
Falling slowly with the rain
Two were one and now one is alone

In Praise of the Love of a Parent

Who questions the great love of a Parent
(whose love is here and present to the end
for caring and for giving to attend
to every child's welfare and contentment)?
A parent's love is greater in extent
than infinite: it's a truth to commend,
a law (that one cannot break or transcend),—
a tenet of all life that's permanent.
A parent's the one who watches and prays
for their child's safety and health all day long
so that they may grow up and thrive always
and become wise and may know right from wrong.
A Parent's love's by far the supreme love,
a child's right that God set up from above.

Villainous Volcano

To be related to a volcano,
Groomed to stifle oceanic ember,
Doomed to love less, so fearful to love her,
The dragon is feared even in slumber,
It's beautiful but do not approach, No!

I am a mountain, just another mountain,
I will not spit those flames like a fountain,
I swallow them, unable to grow tall,
A majestic evil or just a small
hill! It's common in these parts, after all.

Look I Do Have a Heart

Your so pretty and so smart
It's no surprise you stole my heart
It aches and breaks when we're apart
You write me such sweet poems, cuz your smart
Even draw me pictures, A different art
I love you more than any other
And of course your cool little brother
Only a few reasons why I love you
Only a few reasons why my heart so blue
This is the end so I guess I'll go
I love and miss you both, A lot you know
               I Love You

''What Is a Son''

What is a son to a father
But youth and strength as no other
That props the sagging failing man
                               With vital energetic hand

That makes him glad within the heart
To know that these are a part
Flesh and bone that came from me
And love excelled by none but he
Who made us all to live and love

A GIFT DIVINE from GOD above

                                                                     Doc

Greyson

Sleep now my little angel, go to sleep
Daddy’s here I will never make you weep.
I’ll be with you until you are awake,
Watching every move, every breath you take.

Face so pure, innocent, seems surreal,
It takes away the sorrow I conceal.
Tiny fingers so delicate to hold,
I will protect you until you grow old.

You are my pride, my blessing and my joy,
I breathe because of you my little boy.
You’re the greatest treasure my everything,
To keep you safe I would do anything.

So close your eyes my Angel, go to sleep,
Trust that all these promises I will keep.
Right by your side is where I'll always be
The last and the first thing you'll ever see.

Sleep My Angel

The sun once more has lost it's shine,
And the moon and stars our sleep incline.

Come now angel, time for bed,
It's time to rest your precious head.

Turn on the night light, oh so bright,
To scare the monsters that plan to fright.

Grab your teddy and blanket too,
To hold you close the whole night through.

Come once more to my embrace.
I'll say good night and kiss your face.

Now lay down and closes your eyes,
For the sun once more will rise.

Dream of joy my angel while you rest,
and know my life you've truly blessed.

And while I watch you drift off to sleep,
I'll thank the Lord for your love so sweet.

A Father Is

A father is a model to his son. To his little girl, he is her first love. Boys with bad dads can often come undone. A father is a model to his son. Woe to the girl whom a dad chose to shun. What she needed most she got little of. A father is a model to his son. To his little girl, he is her first love.

A Child Lost

Drowning in a sea of loneliness,
Thinking of all the times I have missed!
Bathing in a pond of sorrow,
Trying to push forward to a brighter tomorrow!

Pushing on and striving through,
Wishing that this pain I never knew!
Trying so hard not to weep,
Waiting for the day that I can finally sleep!

I will continue to love you with all my heart,
Reading all your poetry like pieces of art!
Your body may be lost and gone,
But the memories of you will carry on!

You are resting now in a better place,
One day soon I will meet you there face to face!

Happy Fathers Day

He starts as just that, a he.
Just a random face in the crowd.
As he grows up he falls in love,
makes choices, sets examples,
influences many people who are now greater than they were.
He starts out as a husband.
Loving her with all he has.
Comforting her, standing up for her,
Sheltering her, providing for her and +1 on the way.

Preparing the room for their child coming into the world.
He, the one that was just a random face in the crowd,
Who use to have just one name,
Now has multiple different names.
Father, Dad, Daddy, Dada, Pa, Papa, and many more to come.
He is now all of that to a new he.
A new random face in the crowd.

My Sonshine

All I do all day is think about you & check your school app to see how your day is going, don't ever let anyone tell you I don't care or I'm not there because that would be deceit their showing, you are my family my superhero my saving grace,I look so forward to every other weekend daddy gets ninja focused when I see your face, thinking about leaving you a legacy & not a lease which means I have to get to it & use a little more elbow grease, things started off rocky but we still climbing to the top & what daddy tell you we gonna make it because we never stop

Alone

Alone in this world
Alone in this society
Alone in love
Alone in life
Alone in fatherhood
Alone in my time of need
Nobody to help me
Nobody to care about what I need
Nobody to care about my feelings
I keep going for me
I keep pushing forward for me
Nobody to turn to
Nobody to call
Silence isn't always a virtue
Solitude has a maximum capacity
The most alone a person can be
"The silence is deafening"
A person must learn to be ok with being alone in life
We all go through the darkness alone at one time or another
Be your own light!
Stand tall and don't stop!

Fishing With My Dad

To cast a line with their dad
Is the best feeling for a boy
It can't be measured good or bad
Can't be compared to a toy
Dad is first to bait his hook
The boy gets him a worm
"Come here son and take a look"
"Be patient and you'll learn
They fish until the sun goes down
Then mother says "it's time"
The boy can't wait to tell the town
Dad taught him to cast a line
The boat is a place they share
It is their second home
He'll always feel his Daddy there
Even when he's grown
