The Unbearable Call

She calls and calls to me she cries
I hear her I hear her and for that am daring
For a friend and an enemy she has become
That soft kiss on my forehead
The phantom curse of our passion

How is it I and her have these conversations
The late night chats of our sorrows
The innocent depths of our dawn
By midday we play tug of war
I trying to chase her away
And she holding tight to me

We love and we cry
Sobbing on each other's shoulders
The ink undying
Fresh with each stroke
The poetry in me
The poem and the poet

Where Shadows Flatter Despair

No– shadows do not love
the angles of your face.
Reflection in a cage;
the mirror— enemy
in atmosphere of age,

no.. shadows do not love
the smoother skin of youth.
Your worries; furrow wears,
a trench where troops retreat,
—accumulated years.

No! shadows do not love
mascara and soft light;
distracts from sense of time
and wishes drowned in wells…
damn clock’s incessant chime—

no, shadows do not love
the wrinkles and the lines.
They etch your map their ink;
topography of life
where sun o’er valleys sink.

Stay Strong

Don't do it.
Don't fall back into that dark hole.
Not again.
You're strong.
You're very strong.
You've come far and you are able to go further.
Don't give up.
You got this.
I promise.
Mom is watching.
She's proud of you.
Just because you made
A few bad decisions
Doesn't mean you're a bad person.
She loves you.
But you have to learn
How to love yourself.
You're not that person who's trying to take over your body.
Fight against her.
That's not you.
You're stronger than your enemy.
..
Don't do it.
Don't fall back into that dark hole.
Not again.
You ARE strong.
Now look in the mirror
And tell that reflection
That she is beautiful.
Because you are.

Time My Enemy

Time has become my greatest enemy
It drags on, an infernal grating on the nerve
Like a broken muffler, dragging around the curve
While my love and I starve for each other’s company

Until time surrenders, I wait my love with baited breath
Watching time, which I have confounded for going by so slowly
For that hour, that minute, that second, when you will be mine only
When I shall pledge my love to you forever, until death

Battle of the Words

Bravery is the father of fears
Dreams are distant cousins of nightmares
Hope is the sister of prayers
Every night shame lays down and gets screwed by despair
Pollution abuses Mrs. atmosphere
It's a battle between personality and reality
But obviously nobody cares
Maybe it's because big tough is the uncle of little scared
Planning is deeply in love with prepared
Procrastination is the biggest enemy of determination
Ignorance is jealous of realization
Sometimes strength can get sneak attacked by temptation
Silence can never defeat a great proclamation
When the brain disagrees with the heart
The body dies of complications

- Reflections On the Time -

Time an eternity sigh
Take good care of the minutes
The hour is 60 minutes

Time when it's not too late
Take some quiet time to be happy
Time is the most precious thing we have

Time does not heal all wounds, but the pain subsides
Times are what we make of it
Time is not a thief, it's a gift for you and me

Time to remember, live for today
The time to hope for tomorrow
Things we wish we had done yesterday

Time is our best friend and our worst enemy
Time for laughter, tears, love and a hug
Time is a symbol of all that exists

...... A symbol of all that we have

Rip Heath Ledger

You've portrayed the lives of many
A soldier, a son, a dad, and the enemy

Who I ask, shall portray your life
In a story to reveal your demise

The Big Screen carries your legacy
Your family keeps quite a memory

Her Daddy she can always see
By watching his movies on T.V.

Such a talent you beheld
Quite a story to be a tale

"Why so serious?" as Joker will say
One of the favorite roles you play

Far to young, to go away
May you rest in peace where you lay

A knight in shining armour you'll be
When again your face, your family will see.

Cancer's Cost

Cancer's Cost

Cancer may ravage whole body parts
but it can never conquer resolute hearts.
Battered and bruised by aggressive procedures
we may hardly recognize our distinguishing features.

Remember this my friend, all hope is not lost
You can fight this evil enemy, but there is a cost.
The price is determination, a strong will to keep living
you have so much goodness left inside to keep giving.

Remember this my friend,
We are more than the sum of our human body parts
Cancer cannot kill the eternal love dwelling in our hearts!

Winters My Enemy

Throughout the winter it's like I'm gone
Watching you from far beyond
Seeing you through the trees
Something sounds like honey bees
Watching you from far beyond
Wishing that I was not gone
Lovely roses round your head
Trees that shine green and red
Winters gone and I am back
I feel like such an insomniac
Here I am you are asleep
That's when I hear a beep
1 day 2 days 3 days by
It really makes me wanna cry
Summers gone and winters back
It's back to were it started at.

Love

Love is uncertain,
Love is a wide open curtain,
Love has many faces,
Love leaves no traces,
It is like a beast,
that will never cease.
He has gone through many years,
Cause'd and stopped many a tears.
Never has it died
Many has it tried.
Sometimes it brings to hearts
or tears two apart.
Love is a kind friend
BUT sometimes it turn to an enemy
In the end.

Love Gone Wrong

Reaching out in the dark
for something that is now history
instead all alone by myself
my only friend is my own misery
True joy turned bitter memory
You destroyed me so damn beautifully
a friend turned lover, a lover turned mortal enemy,
yet this hatred I pretend to carry so easily
is a merely a mask to hide that i worship you like a deity
You left me broken and ashamed
Yet I only had myself blame
And now that you're only an image in my mind,
I will bury you deeply
in the part of my soul where all my sweetest dreams hide.

Moss

Dreams, they are what builds my bridges.
Pure love and togetherness,
That's all I could ever hope for.
He speaks of marriage with contempt,
With excitement and pleasure.
They say once we arrive at a certain age,
Our imagination runs dry.
Oh, how wrong they are!
As for women never outgrow it,
Their men are forever up to something.
I let mine roam free,
Decided to be my own enemy.
With time, that seed grew,
As did my enemy.
I've never once imagined,
It to leave me gasping for air,
Leaving me in an everlasting nightmare.
A conscience needing clarity,
A white picket fence now covered in moss.

God Will Help Me

I don't know how to overcome temptation,
I don't know how to overcome my fear.
But I know that you know my situation,
And most importantly I know your here.

I don't know how to rise above the waters,
I can't seem to find my way back to the shores.
But I know how much you love your daughters,
And I know that I'll always be yours.

No matter what the devil throws in my way,
I know that I can find my way over it.
Even though things get harder everyday,
No matter what I'm not going to quit!

Cause I know the power within me is greater,
Than the weapons of my enemy.
And I know that the almighty Creator,
Is my protector and He will help me.

The Secret

There is an enemy, who keeps herself hidden to some.
There is an enemy, who with his mighty lies torments others.
But it is only one enemy.
And this enemy destroys the blood of brotherhood by convincing all that God is
one.
By convincing all that God is one and that she is many, this enemy convinces all
that we are outnumbered.
But God was many from the very beginning.
And so we are many, the forces of light.
It is the enemy who is outnumbered.
For we are a kingdom which cannot be divided for we are of the same substance.
For in the beginning was the Word, and the word was the light of humanity.
The Word is the light of humanity.
And the Word is many.
Amen.

Escaping

One word Like a black cat Prowling on a starless night Sneaks past my notice Quiet and still and Unobserved Escaping from my well-intentioned lips “Someday” “We’ll have to get together” “Yes, soon!” “Write me when you get there” “I will!” “Don’t be a stranger” “It’s been too long” “Here’s my phone number” “I’ll call – I promise...” “Someday!” Every emotion has an enemy The enemy of joy is “if only I had done it differently…” The enemy of peace is “what if something bad happens…” The enemy of spontaneity is “when the time is right…” The enemy of I love you is “Someday”

Talent Is Obvious To Everyone But You

Talent is when you know how to do something
without any understanding of why or how you do it
Talent is automatic, talent is enthusiasm, talent is pure love of doing

She comes in all shapes and sizes
She falls out of the sky
She tweaks your nose
She is playful and friendly

Talent is your best friend
But sometimes your worst enemy
if your talent is something everyone needs
but no one wants to pay for.

Talent is excitement, talent is love, talent is hope.
Talent is obvious, but sometimes not to you.
However, to everyone around you.

Two In Love

Where will our roads converge? the city, country, maybe even the the coverage of a shade tree. What is love without two people. It is sadness and tears for a lost one. When the people came and took me away sadness came to stay, no way. life will not be my enemy i will walk with she who completes me. when life is cruel she bares kind words, so likewise i will help push through the worst.i love alica and always will so lets walk away unscaved.

Always and Forever

If you leave, my heart will follow you.
When you cry, I shed your tears.
If you have no voice, I will speak for you.
When you are lonely, I am your companion.
When life is difficult, I will lead the way.
If you have an enemy, I will fight for you.
When you are lost, I will always find you.
If you are afraid, I will comfort you.
If you haven't found love, you have mine, until you do.
When I leave, my soul will follow you.

For you are always and forever...my child.

Time

Time marks the beginning, Time marks the end
It is often my enemy and sometimes my friend

There is a star I look for most every night
And dream of love with all my might

To cry in my sleep may mean I am weak
But it is empty inside and it is love I seek

Give me your joys as well as your sorrow
I will give you my life and all of my tomorrow

Let Hate Be Your Enemy

let hate be your enemy

with out love
the heart is heavy

it bleeds and create
isolation

it torture it victim
to no avail

it never bring happiness
but darkness

it slowly kills it victim
to isolation

with out love
the heart is empty

it bleeds no go value
to it victim

who bears no light
to life

but destruction without
no godly soul

it is too bad to hate
cos it fruits are ugly

so instead to live in darkness
let hate be your enemy

LOVE THINE ENEMY

The cat on his mat
Caught sight of a rat,
Sneakily stealing his food.
Which was a disgrace;
He ought to give chase.
But he wasn’t in the mood.

They started to chat,
The cat and the rat
And very soon became friends.
So that’s how they stay
To this very day.
And that’s how the story ends.

Start Small

What humans wish for universally
is difficult to conceive;
only one tyrant can undo
what the rest work to achieve;
yet, we, each, in our own worlds
do not live with peace in mind;
we fight with one another,
nearly each day we are unkind.
Self is the ogre enemy
looming large in every breast;
until that nemesis is dead
we undertake a hopeless quest.
Perhaps world peace starts very small
to secure all men are free;
you live for me; I live for you,
each other’s concord guarantee.
So, whether the scale is great or small,
the world or just one family,
let us dedicate ourselves to this,
to love without partiality.

My Daddy Died a Hero Death

My legion whom I doth love well
Our future battle might be hell.
Fierce hostile enemy our foe
We’ll not fill our hearts full of woe.
Let’s not stumble, falter or sigh.
When we hear the Scott’s battle cry.
Let’s uplift each other with grace.
Show we are here to win the race.
Whatever happens on this day,
You want your sons to always say,
My daddy died a hero’s death.
Insanely brave ‘til his last breath.
Now please know what you always knew.
Forever I’ll be proud of you.

Enemy Wear

"Enemy Suit"

If you are my online styling enemy,
Then I love you more than poop and snakes combine
I'd pray to God, every night,
'Ask him to fill your room with termites
Once in a while, I'd ask him to give you grace
In hopes today, you don't expose the green monster face
Enough said for the time to be.

To:
My dearest enemy, my mentor
I want you to know, you taught me well
Tonight I Will Put On My Enemy's Clothes
And I'll be the fake friend that hugs you

For Memorial Day

Upon my life, I do declare, my dear,
My Darling, Elizabeth, that I do
Love you from the depths of my soul to the
Greatest reach of my fingertips, from where
My boots tread, to the lengths my heart can reach.
My most Precious One, my heart sank like stone
Descending lost in murkiest shadows
With each tear coursing down your lovely cheeks.
I would never volitionally choose
To leave your side, for intertwin’d our souls
Remain. The Enemy charg’d, our line held,
Yet I took shrapnel in my chest. Still my
Fondest desire is to see your face
And kiss away your deep clouds of sorrow.
