The Darkest Hour

The darkest hour comes with pain that's insane,
Excruciating, unrelenting pain.
The sobbing and gasping are so abrupt.
The heart is broken; the body gives up.

The darkest hour tries to take full control,
Searching through the suffering for the soul.
Disillusioning evil tells a lie.
“Death will set you free, so let yourself die.”

Numbness begins to smother the feeling.
The chaos of your mind sends you reeling.
In time you know there must be a reason
To continue at least for a season.

Looking deep within, you search for the light,
A seed of love to help you through the night.

The Fascination of Aspiration

Sincere lingering
     brought forth by proclivity
       infatuation fondness

       Flowers in mid-spring
    brought forth by simplicity
you are my constant conquest

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Abrupt appetite
    brought forth by fascination
       devoted eagerness dwells
       Sweet scent, penetrate
   brought forth by aspiration
laying down while you compel
Borderline Truth
All those lies,
The creaking on the stairs
Glazed fixed eyes
Upon scuff marked boots
My abrupt croak,
Droned-out by sudden humming
From the refrigerator
My voice falls,
Pitched to the floor
Like suspended in time
To look upon these photos now
Hold nothing but false pretenses
A mirrored hope,
To escape for plummeting slopes
Our roots untouched lay
Fuming in collective dust
Along the many volumes
None would ever breach
Poisingly I held my chin,
Towards the cupping sun
Lapping in all it's warmth
Knowing with just two words
I'd stop the flooding dams, "No More"
Raw
I cried to spy you laugh
to see your ballroom choreograph
shameless pleasure with a smile
my heart breaking all the while
a week ago we split
and no way I am over it
tear falls daily catch me up
every time a memory hits abrupt
your joy laughs at my pain
and those sneers bring such distain
as though we never were a we
all torment surrounds the lesser me
from the ooze I will connect
as much of me as I recollect
Fall Shades, On the Ochred Phloem
Senses are aware of a cavernousness,
And of a stillness almost quietley abrupt..!
softness of light & air surround all,
deft as breath as from a doves wing reposing
billows of liquid descending are as grains,
the seeds of an "almost raining"
A lowering of horizion encompasses,
Valley, ridge, and outcropping crag's
the listening atmosphere waits...
breathless as soil is enriching
Close by mammals disturb the folds of fallen bracken,
with bursts of muffled sound, as hand in hand lovers stroll around
Love To Miss
I've said, "My one and only Love, let me keep you for a while," The moonlight shines on both of us- but in the morning she will dip. Our heart's have murmured times before quiet whispers in the night; How long has every lover stayed. . for years? 'Til morning light? I won't reproach one for their past, no matter sin or life you're dealt But if you leave my soul to be, abrupt and pain'fly suddenly I may regret the pleasure, felt. I can't say I've ever felt this way- this Love you'll one day cast So if one day I'm left behind, I guess nothing's meant to last.
Sonnet Dialogue: Scorn In Duality, Lit Op 5
I
I  looked below and saw the dawn from here,
Disturbing may, below the light- a man.
II
“Oh, stranger most, shall I ask you with fear?”
III
“Dear one, you fear no one”, replied the man,
“Nor Him, you fear Him not for you are but
The holder of the strings of those you sight.”
IV
A second by, I asked him in abrupt,
“The guardians of the roof, had they loved me?”
V
He voiced: “Their love are drawn in stitching crossed,
Exquisite yet details are course, you see?
The veil from where it rests you should have tossed,
Each thread in havoc, one chaotic sea!”
VI
I spared a tear, his face did went outworn,
Afar the lake I headed. God, I’m torn!
Lonely
Time is most fleeting
And pleasure fading
Space is less yielding
And less convincing
Life is more precious
When one feels anxious
So swift the passage
Abrupt end message
Each soul comes alone
Then life leaves dead bones
Each life a moment
An unknown fragment
So live with sure poise
Let joy find your voice
Touch each face you meet
Style kind words discrete
Do make a clear choice
To love and rejoice
Know that death will steal
All beyond appeal
Waywords and Tumble Needs
we are here only for
the pure joy of Living,
a perfect simplicity of
blend requiem of life well lived
cognizant of ill pressed non beliefs
distant ***** dagger domestications
prisoner soulless sex socializations
livid love lies, greedy gonad gossip
self levied hate from sources abrupt
from in to ex turnal left on
suppressed brain avenues ahead.
Only back issues available, all
forward enterprises, ticketable,
jailable, own your thought police.
A Candid jubilee recipe awaits us;
A heart full unconditional love
cup of Self Awareness concentrate,
a pinch of truth, integrity, empathy,
mix carefully into one's soul, steep o'er night
wake up one with everything, everyone.
Blatant Irony
She exists for a man only
He achieved what a man can
That of trying a trick abstractly
She easily got henned in hand!
Decisions are tough, exclaimed she aloud
Life in love is not easy
He, a rose in hand, proud
Rose up to a plane above
She, a tender one with exalt
Thought of love as sincere admiration
Found out the abrupt truth, abomination!
Her only precious asset his inspiration
Her own body, as sexy asphalt!
Seasons Fade
When that farmer Spring timely plants her seed
in her breast forms a soft fragile vase
seasoned over with sun and rain take heed
young Flora grows hopeful in a secret place.
Summer tills where doubt before had grown
watered with passion petals unfold in the heat
youth inhaling the scent that’s sown
senses not cool evening’s breath on Augusts’ sweet.
abrupt Fall comes in to shake the boughs of fruit
and my heart’s murmur feels too soon a tune
cruel Winter playing upon a frigid flute
an epitaph scribbled on soft petals too soon.
As seasons fade flowers blossom then die away
expel their breath to sing another day.
Seasons of Love
Although for you with all my heart I loved,
now my forever burning shaming pain,
my heart an unexpected dagger shoved,
stunted minds confusion, waves of disdain.
Long Winter nights, sheltered you with my warm,
joyous moments of Spring, truly embraced,
Summers of heat and shine, our loves platform,
Autumn abrupt fall from seasons, now faced.
Togetherness a shoot for us adorned,
blooming sprouts developing as promised,
all blossoms thistles abound, never warned,
my love and care given never sufficed.
Separate paths, inevitable now,
my child’s tears but her happiness I vow.
Weather Change
It was so abrupt!
"It must have been lust," they say.
It was a whirlwind.
Obscurant, untamed
Spirit and human nature
With tornado strength
Willed inhibitions
As an announcer calls out
Colors in Twister.
Suddenly!  It stopped.
We fell upon each other.
Butterfly effect...
A season of love
Caused a season of hatred.
The funnel cloud left.
Remains of the day
Accounted during clean up
Made crumbs of crullers.
It was too abrupt!
"It must be lust," they all say,
To yield to the wind.
Flowers
Floral blooms tell of fond beauty,
Rich colours tint with textures bright;
Abrupt the spell that speaks calmly,
Glimpses now hint of feeling right;
Rich moments steer the dazzling feel,
Abide with spice where joy renews;
Nest sparkle here with bouquet thrills,
Touch feels so nice with happy views.
Forge a clear say as flowers speak,
Love seeds divine the journey tact;
Outline fond sway with sunny streaks,
Weave subtle lines with nature's fact;
Embrace beauty in floral hues,
Ripe pickings see in poignant dues.
Enigmatic Lane
Enigmatic Lane
This enigmatic lane-
I’ve walked long.
And now I see
Only barren lands,
A mere setting sun,
And a vague horizon.
I turn to look back
Along this enigmatic lane.
And then I see
Those umpteen vicissitudes,
Those sudden meanders,
Those familiar turns,
Those abrupt detours.
Down this enigmatic lane,
There have been
Many a rich meadows,
Many a bleak wastelands,
Millions of pompous marches,
Millions of disconcerting dirges,
Several comforts of love,
Several cruelties of reclusion.
Along this enigmatic lane
I may no longer tread, for-
As I now halt, I ponder-
Perpetuation has always been
The ruse of fleeting phases,
And what worth has it been
To walk this enigmatic lane.
A Walk Through Life
Birth
I enter this world alone
Walk through the halls of life
Down corridors into the unknown.
Love
A single kiss is all it takes
So easily give my heart away
Lesson learned: guys can fake.
Loss
So abrupt you left me on my own
In a world so cruel and cold
Now how do I navigate all alone.
Life
Where’s the manual for my being
Can you hear me, are you listening
Am I awake or merely dreaming.
Death
I leave this world alone
Walk through the lighted exit door
Far out into the vast unknown.
Pungent
Weary this world where dirt flings stain.
Dreary the swirl in crude terrain.
Pain seeps through stuff to corrode zest,
Troubles make rough to cancel fest.
Strange is the way of tempest found,
Fear speaks to say with empty sounds.
Hope floods to purge the lonely dark,
Love funds the urge to light a spark.
Easy finds fit with modest grain,
Feel cheery wit edge out odd pain.
Pungent the taste of lousy feel,
Forfeit the haste and live goodwill.
And in these times of empty talk,
Listen for rhymes that joy feeds walk.
End abrupt here with smiles that warm,
Depend on cheer to flesh true form.
Ask how
Keep still
Just feel
Still voice
Seize choice
Feel glow
Joy hurls
Fate twirls
Freeze frame
Mood grip
Style piles
Truth smiles
Live here
Be clear
Good heart
Clear start
Calm mind
Knows find
Sure norm
Spreads norm
Sense fate
I Am Missing You
I am missing you
It is empty
Your space;
In my mornings;
Left vacant;
By your abrupt departure.
It is void
Your place;
In my afternoons;
Left bare;
By your sudden parting.
It is hollow
Your spot;
In my evenings;
Left blank;
By your rapid retreat.
Empty, void, hollow
My space, place, spot
Yearns for you
My mornings, afternoons, evenings
Are vacant, bare, blank
Without you
Your abrupt, sudden, rapid
Departure, parting, retreat
Has left a void in me.
I am missing you.
Without Goodbye
If I knew I won't hear from you again
I would have said I love you for the last time
But life was so unkind
It never gave me time
If I knew you won't come back
I would have given you a hug
But fate was so abrupt
It took you away from us
You left without goodbye
We never know the reason why
Our tears will never run dry
We miss you more as time goes bye
You were the best from all the rest
The best brother I could ever have
Who braided my hair when I was a kid
Who used to buy me things I need
After all these years
I still miss the times we had
I wished I could have been the best sis
And the best aunt to your kids
Buoyant
Sense in stray breeze the sudden shift,
Know simple ease that abrupt drift.
Feel how things end with awkward break,
A long life tends to bankrupt stake.
See in a glimpse that mellow scene,
In fading dreams the perished wean.
Yet don't lose heart and live true zest,
Change does impart unending quest.
Come and go now and know the truth,
End game endows that final proof.
Look where you stand for love lifts all,
Go beyond plans to heed that call.
Feelings
Live joy profound as love funds truth,
Opt to endear wise happy tact;
Voice in fond grounds faith that sculpts proof.
Etch words sincere in thought and fact.
Light shows the way through trials and pain,
Yield to the glimpse of inspired poise.
Feel pulse and play that syncs fond gain,
Embrace the dream of lovely choice;
Explore the tints as colours prime,
Learn to adapt to abrupt change;
Indulge the hints that flavours chime,
Note sense most apt that stream new range;
Give hope due space to shape fond gaze,
Seize time and place to waltz the maze.
Such Abrupt
I'm not trippin' ill get down
with all these people around
smokes lights and sound
watched while two are bound
stomach full of fungus
moments are humongous
hugs and a tongue kiss
smile if you want this
capers of the gentle way
smelling a fresh bouquet
smells good even in decay
gave it to her anyway
after she didn't promise
aftermath subconscious
all or nothing concepts
ultimatum conquest
love is not a contest
these lovers of mine
squeeze drops of time
the number three divine
can complicate a rhyme
Piece of Mine and Mind
Trembling bones. Arrested jaw.
  Like bolt advised to keep affixed
Utter silence as I gape across the starry ceiling
  Thunder crawling  closer.
And I, a child,
Abashed in her bosom, dizzy--
under opal sheets of serenity
                               fraying
                   ripped
unraveled.
Against the pane, the bough raps incessantly
  A talon scraping at my spine
Amid dissonance, her eyes a soothing refuge
  Sails in squalls unwavered.
Then as abrupt as lightning struck
  Piece of  mine and mind
Acquiesce and into sleep
  I slip beyond remorse.
