You Should Have Run

You Should Have Run

I’ll kill you with my cutting tongue,
I’ll make you wish from a ceiling your
Neck was hung.

I’ll run through all of your money,
Like it was water pouring down my
Throat and seeping deep into my lungs.

You’ll wish your last song
Had been sung,
When I’m finished with you
And down has gone the sun.

For the world spins around me
And my wicked ways,
That’s the way it’s always spun.

Don’t you wish you would
Have run when you saw
Me coming your way,
Back when you were young?
