Wrangle of the Cell
"i carry your heart with me(i carry it in
my heart)i am never without it(anywhere
i go you go . . . "
ee Cummings
the wrangle of the cell (the cell
that you own) touches me in places (warm
and tenderly the tinderbox explodes)
my ear —
a flame of agrabah (flying tendrils of
jasmine rejoice) riveting revelations of love
shared serendipitously, moving,
even sweetheart, over the ebb
and flow of sensuous oceans (keeping
us apart)
yet; close are we. . .
the wrangle of the cell (the cell
that you own) touches me in places (warm
and tenderly the tinderbox; explodes)
“warm and cozy, our toes curled together, in two different worlds”
