Love Poem: With Nothing On

With Nothing On

We wouldn’t know if we’re alive
Until tears fall from our dry eyes
When rain sounded like our deepest fears
And in my battle with the loneliness
You are here with me

Why we are born,
Covered in skins and bones
And as we are staring at the naked sky
With nothing on us, nothing on us

All of those observers in the sky that sparkling above us
And the soft scent of the summer meadow touched our skins
You held my hand and smiled at me
I feel so peace like a slow sad song

Tonight the sky is our blanket
And the world doesn’t have to know about us
When you asked me how to find faith
I looked at you and I think that the sky is the limit

It is unexplainable to be human
Have the body, have the thought and have the heart
And it has a complex sensation as we’re lying here
With nothing on us, nothing on us

All of those shooting stars that have crossed over us
Might have the crazy thought why we are here
But in this loneliness and the stillness that I used to fear
I don’t feel it anymore because you are here with me
