With Eyes Closed
When something we’re doing doesn’t seem right,
with our eyes closed, we look for an insight.
It isn’t something obvious we feel,
it’s more like a sense that it isn’t real.
There’s something amiss; it could turn out wrong.
Something is missing or doesn’t belong.
In our process have we left something out?
Maybe we need is to try a new route.
It’s not what we’re doing, it’s why it’s done.
If intent was wrong, it must be undone.
Soulfully we ask just what should we do?
To each of our minds the answer came through.
If we let love flow, we can clear the air.
With our new insight, we both will be fair.
