Love Poem: With a Love That Will Never Die

With a Love That Will Never Die

In the dark of night I come to you, with a passion and need on fire; and my words are just a whisper, my darling, do you feel my desire. In front of you I stand full of weakness, my fingers stroke your handsome face; I love you, I will love only you forever, with a love that will never die. Hold me in your arms secret lover, until the sun in the blue sky is no more; and the moon has grown tired and old, and the book written of our life on earth is revealed ! Look into my eyes and see my deep love, my lust and my agony and pain; let us lie here in the moonlight, sweet lover, and forget the problems of this twisted life. Let our hands soothe all worries away, and with the heat of our burning kisses; soon our hearts and souls will become one, with a love that will never die. Hold me in your arms secret lover, until the sun in the blue sky is no more; and the moon has grown tired and old, and the book written of our life on earth is revealed ! _________________________ September 17, 2017 Verse/With A Love That Will Never Die Copyright Protected, ID 940458 Written for the contest, Hold Me In Your Arms sponsor, Julie Rodeheaver First Place
