Christmas is a hopeful season
Giving me a special reason
To ask for this one request
Coming true would be the best
Present that I could receive
Daily wishing I believe
This miracle will soon come true
For everyone like me and you
There is no box big enough
Wrapped with pretty bows and fluff
To contain this gift I search
For the people of this earth
Material items I'll be passing
There's just one thing I am asking
Shared for millions miles wide
It's been hidden deep inside
Every person that is living
My Christmas is they start giving
The love and peace buried down
And spread it all over town
One by one we will break
Hatred in this world and make
A caring land we can enjoy
Santa will you please employ
My unselfish gift so we
Are one big happy family
