Where Love Lives

Hope melts the hues of melancholy Mystical colors of disgrace and shame Beckoning for me, hoping to give me Names of despair, disillusion, desolation All the adjectives of dismay, discouragement Words that create a place of disappointment For the world to see just how difficult life Can be for someone like me, who is filled With sorrow and grief, without any relief Hope hurries to my heart with visions of Insight, inspiration and enlightenment Joy in knowing that I have a new day to Reach for my dreams and those visions That make their way through my soul’s Paths, showing me how to give back to Others, those who come into my life with Needs for healing and letting go of the past Where they’ve been hurt or left their grief Hope meets me at the crossroads of love And hate, where I need to learn what it means To feed the one and let the other starve to Death, leaving the way open for more love To enter in and give back to the world around Me, feelings of compassion, passion and gentle Whispers of sensitivity and musical notes of Soothing silence which beckons to the spirit With a sense of purest light from the Father Hope breaths sensations of joy through me Arousing my fervor for more ardor that comes From allowing God to guide me through this Place down here into a paradise that is spiritual And filled with glories so rich and delicious that I only know bliss, sweet serenity and gentle Stillness with soft lights that paint the entire Universe in shades of appreciation and charm Love that goes on and on… forever alive inside Hope welcomes me back home… to heaven Where every heart knows the meaning of true Love, joy and faith,… praise that is eternal Guiding the heart through door after door of Rich, golden sighs that gently tug at the visions Brought about by the promise of eternity in Heaven, where God allows us to live forever With His Son, the One who died on a cross long ago And gave us all the chance to go where LOVE is
