When Would It Be Most Appropriate To Say I Love You

When Would It Be Most Appropriate To Say, I Love You?

“When would it be most appropriate to say I love you?
	Today, tomorrow,—sunrise, sunset;
		Would it make a difference?
			I love you all the time.”

In moments, circumstances change lives
But I will always be there for you;
	(I am more than flesh,—cold and indifferent.)
		At your side: in pain, in birth,
			In joy and happiness; unto death.

My love for you exceeds these boundaries.
My commitment to you is forever.
	Together, our house will never fall
		Nor my eyes dim of your beauty.
			Even with age.
