What Is Love

Love is a garden, needing time and care; A delicate flower, both beautiful and rare. Love pays attention to details, both big and small; The simple things you notice, others may not recall. Love is a moment that takes your breath away; You try but, cannot seem to find, a single word to say. Love is like honey, so very pure and sweet; One touch of your lips to mine, is like a gourmet treat. Love does not see fault, or a need for correction; Your eyes can no longer see a single imperfection. Love is honest and true, and gives no reason to hide; Allowing two hearts to open up, revealing what's inside. Love is like a hug that you never want to end; Even a broken heart, a hug can surely mend. Love is like a dance, taking each step together; Gliding along the floor, as if you're light as a feather. Love is a memory, and cannot be lost or taken; Unlike a dream, which fades away once you awaken. Love is what makes you laugh, till your insides are sore; The silly things you say can send you rolling on the floor. Love comes unexpectedly, hitting you hard and fast; It turns your world upside-down, leaving behind your past. Love is an opportunity you do not want to miss; You just might experience complete and utter bliss. You still may not be ready to give love a try, But be sure not to wait too long, or love may pass you by!
