What Is Love
nobody really knows what love is until it goes away
when love leaves everybody ask why did my love go away
lovers ask what did i do to make my love go away
i often wonder why love cant stay in one place
why is it that people always hurt the ones they love
by saying words they really did not mean
when lovers get mad its always i hate you
or i don't love you anymore
why cant people just say i'm sorry and i do love you
people don't realize how much they love and care for someone
until that special person is gone
people always say i'm sorry
but the words sorry does not always take the pain away
always remember what you say
because the memory will fade
but the scars remain forever
