With every passing second
The hole gets dug deeper
The alarms going off in my head
The sweat on my back on
A cold night as I lay in my bed
My ....ing hands are shaking
The pressure as I feel my heart breaking
The toll on me this is taking
The brush off tone
The moan as my tear ducts give way
Here they rush
I can’t deal with the pain
Of this crush
And I rush to conclusions
I rush and paint these ...ing delusions
I create these nightmare fantasies
These beautifully worded fallacies
My gifts working against me
The talent to analyse is choking me
In a net of my own building
I was praying for her shielding
