Love Poem: We Were Alone

We Were Alone

I follow the stars, the moon and the sun, touch you through the winds wings

I love in a place you can not follow me, not yet, one day you will come

Precious moments soaked in the rivers of pain, falling like rain upon the ground of a
concrete reality

Why does the life entwine and die among-st the lies? the truth carries her sword to defend
against the warriors of the non believers.

My words struggle to tell the story of my broken heart, but when my life is over, when the
last breath leaves these lips, I will leave saying your name.

I put myself on the stage, performing my agony to the delight of the bitter and twisted,
but I cry to all "I loved".

I hid behind the veil of fear, you tore the drapes down as the light shone through, I love
in a place where there are no questions

I die with this scar on my heart, I leave taking the memory with me, returning one day to
claim my rightful place.

I love you in a place where time and space reign with silent admiration, in front of the
crowds, we were alone.

A traveler with no place to rest my head, until I found you, as the last tear escapes my
weary eyes, I die in your arms.

I love you in a place where theres no ending, when you're life is over I will be waiting
on Love's plane.

Where we're alone, I will be waiting for you.
