Love Poem: Walking Through Babylon

Walking Through Babylon

And His Majesty peering into ten thousand years, saying, “Come out of Babylon My children....”

A world lost amid heartfelt confusion; everywhere one turns, deeper, every moment in life

You paint it, you push it, you sell it, and the saddest reality of all is, you don't even know!?

Except, for that tiny nagging pang down inside whenever you accidently glimpse into

The mirror of truth which you always do your absolute very best to avoid and, turn from

That you can enjoy this vapour in times fading away as padding these formed in fashioned....

Blood drenched bank accounts in and out; built upon the endless sorrows of countless

Innocent others; dreaming, within a darkened place of nothing in which, you surely know?!
